Hey, I was reading your thread about the % of 8x6 and saw your initial measurements(like 5.8x4.8), it is exactly where I am now, I may have a little more girth, though I cant seem to measure it corectly. My question is what does your routine consist of, I could’nt find it in the progress report page. This is inspirational. Please post.. If I can hit 7.3 in a year I will be estatic!
