Hey,

I try to stretch for about 35 minutes everyday in all directions. At times when I feel sore the next day during a routine, I lay off of it for a day and hit cardio harder in the gym.

Soreness may indicate you have started to fatigue your ligs. That may be the LAST time you’d like to take a rest day.

Why do you say that? Ligaments are then vulnerable to stretching for length or injury? I am interested.

I’m going off of Bib’s theories. It’s a theory and I don’t want to state it as true. That’s why I made sure to use the word ‘may’ as much as possible.

I believe it does increase the risk of injury as well. It’s a fine line to walk.
