Focusing on length
I have been concentrating on length with a little girth added to it.
Mainly I hang,stretch,pump,and sometimes jelq.
I tried the newbie routine again, and even the Babbis routine, got nothing from it so I decided to add the pump and hanging again.
I am wondering if I only stretch, hang lightly, and wear my montey weights, could I do that every day since it is only really stretching.
Or is a break every few days needed?
