I have been concentrating on length with a little girth added to it.

Mainly I hang,stretch,pump,and sometimes jelq.

I tried the newbie routine again, and even the Babbis routine, got nothing from it so I decided to add the pump and hanging again.

I am wondering if I only stretch, hang lightly, and wear my montey weights, could I do that every day since it is only really stretching.

Or is a break every few days needed?

Sounds to me like you are over-training. If you do the same thing every day, that will become ‘normal’ to your penis; it will adapt to cope with what you are doing, then adapt no more.

If you are hanging, stretching, pumping and jelqing you will condition your penis to all types of strain. You won’t have anything you can ‘surprise’ it with. (Except for clamping and you are going for length).

As you are probably very conditioned at the moment, if I were you I would take 3 weeks at least off, preferably more - the Newbie routine works very well on an unconditioned penis but won’t do much for one that is highly conditioned. Follow the Newbie (or Babbis) routine. I would do the Newbie every other day, building up the time/quantity at a steady rate. You should see gains if you decondition first and, absolutely VITAL, use heat.

When gains stop, add in another couple of sessions a week. When gains stop again, switch from manual stretching to hanging and Monty’s weights. Still keep up light jelqing. Don’t forget the heat. When gains stop, take another month or so off and repeat. Good luck.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
