Just making sure you guys are paying attention. :) Good eye — I absolutely did mean this the other way around and I’m not sure how I messed that up. Thank you.

You’re absolutely right, it’s more of an observation than a clear statement. I’m definitely open to any other plausible explanations for why the veins enlarge (often double in size) if you have any. Do you think VSM doesn’t grow due to the stress of PE?

The pushing against the tunica by the CC will be felt, and while not really painful, you will kind of feel like what a sausage must feel like (if it were to have feelings). When that happens, it seems that stopping for a week or so is a good idea. This gives the tunica time to stretch a bit. A few other guy who have used IGF-1 were not so cognizant of what was happening to them, and they became rather uncomfortable due to the tightness in their penis until their tunica finally grew enough to accommodate their larger size.

Stage, I hope you don’t mind me posting these here. I think they have great significance.

Very good point, chrono. We haven’t recommended how hard one should pull to get the BPFSL. I think it’s variable from person to person. The important factor, I believe, is that the PEer finds the best way to get his maximum BPFSL (probably through trial and error).

Here’s what works best for me:
1) I do no PE prior to measuring my BPFSL, as I find it causes my penis to contract quite a bit
2) I thoroughly warm up before hand
3) I pull as hard as I can without causing pain
4) Measure

Hope this helps.

If “V” is for vascular, then I agree that VSM probably does grow in response to certain forms of PE, especially jelqing. I think it’s also likely that smooth muscle in the sinusoids, which aren’t part of any specific vein or artery, also grow in response to PE, but I think that growth is likely in proportion to the increase in penile size. That’s just a guess, though.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

A very interesting theory;sound and thought provoking. It has been years sense my last biology class but that aside I will take measurements and train accordingly.Least I forget (Thank You!) for all the hard work that has gone into this project. I hope this theory proves itself! It will be a proof positive tool for those starting and established in PE.Think of all the time and effort wasted that can now be used for positive gains. I have only been on this site a short time;but to my way of thinking this should be required reading on the “newbie page”. You really got my attention. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and knowledge it is appreciated.

Hey brothers I’m in this scientific study. Started last two weeks with clamping. Doing 2on2off. I noticed good improvement in my erections. I’m doing just one set of 20 minutes basic clamping. Guys clamping is the key to rock erections. Even my skin is getting better from clamping. I think a good and moderate clamping session is very healthful. Where is the fellow Redzulu from MOS? I remember that he had spectacular girth gains and great wood. I had a good morning wood yesterday. I’m very stressed, studying a lot, 14 hours per day! So my libido is very low. But when i get enough stimulation my penis is hard like steel. We need to work the mental part of PE too. We need to write good theories about the psychological side. Afterwards i post here again…

I mostly do a basic routine. About 3 2-3 minute manual stretches and then 300-400 jelqs.

I wouldn’t be surprised if I have tight ligaments, I am very into bodybuilding and have found I have connective tissue of steel. I never have experienced any injury and my joints never get sore. I have heard this can be genetic and usually relates to the body as a whole.

My BPFSL is more than .5” shorter than my BPEL and I would say my EQ is probably under 8. Should I focus on the smooth muscle? There’s more than a .5” difference in BPFSL and BPEL but it’s in the other way around.

Starting Stats (2006): BPEL: 5.2" EG: 4.6" GOAL: 6"+/5"+

As of 7/20/08: BPEL: 5.7" EG: 4.3" Not sure what happened to my EG. Measured differently perhaps?

1/12/2010: BPEL 5.9" EG 4.4" Stretching, V-jelqs, Regular Jelqs and Clamping

“The average gains for men who have been exercising their penis for at least three months is 1 inch in length, and a half an inch in girth (1” X .51”). “

Really!!!….I guess I have been doing it wrong….I have gained 1/2 inch in length 1 1/2 years and barely anything in girth.

I increase the time I do for length work jelqing/fowfers. And reduced the girth work Supra Slammers ( ballooning with Uli’s and kegels).
I’m lazy this week only got in 2 sessions one girth and one jelq. I think it is 70% jelq at a 50-70% erection level for length that is what I am concentrating on. And about 30% girth work on opposite days just to keep what girth I have.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

Nevermind, I re-checked and my FBPSL is less than .5” shorter than my BPEL. I’d say it’s about .25” shorter on average and my EQ’s are definitely 8 and under on average. I haven’t gained with my past routine of doing 10-15 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. Should I cut down on the stretching and increase jelq time? My measurements go both ways; smooth and tunica.

This looks solid, and gives me some motivation when I need it. I’m gonna test this theory out. Thanks for the hard work guys.

Then: 5.63"x4.25" ---> Now: 6.50"x4.44"

I’m definitely going to try this! Thank you so much guys!!!!

G_want7's log

2007: BPEL: 5.1 / MSEG: 4.5 / 2008: BPEL: 6.5 / MSEG: 4.8

I think it\'s amazing, the way that love can set you free...

When Iguana and I first started thinking about TGC theory, I found that my BPFSL was roughly .75” shorter than my BPEL. Then one day I decided to NOT PE before getting a measurement. I also decided to warm up the next time I measured my BPFSL, as I find my penis is easier to stretch when I get a good warm up in. I made these two changes and - Viola - my BPFSL was the same exact size as my BPEL.

The key with the BPFSL is getting the maximum measurement. I think that most of the time when a guy’s BPFSL is shorter than his BPEL, he’s probably not getting his maximum BPFSL due to:
1) One of the two problems above (SM fatigue and not warming up)
2) He’s not stretching hard enough.

That said, I could be completely wrong here. My opinion is, of course, a little biased. :)
