I’m a bit confused about all this.

Basically what I’m wondering about is; is there anything to lose from doing both girth and length work? I’ve just started out, my BPEL and BPFSL is almost exactly the same, and EQ varies, I’d say from 7-9. Currently doing newbie routine, Ulis added

#Tissen - From what TGC theory tells us, you should focus on working your Tunica. But first, you have to condition your until to PE, so doing the newbies is the right way, for now.

I don’t think so, as long as you focus on the regions that need it ( the tunica in your case ). I suggest, just don’t over do it, listen to your PI and be patient.

Alright, thanks for the answer. Yeah, I’m going to take it slow at least for the first month to see what happens, I don’t want to toughen the tissue too much.

It is one of the best studies I’ve seen and I think it’s true and I will follow and mix girth and length work, 3 weeks length, girth 1weeks so I can train both parts simultaneously :D

Started implementing this theory about a week ago, erections were rock hard at the time and BPFSL BPEL were identical lengths, hadn’t had any gains since I first started PE back in the spring.

A week later after focusing on the Tunica I’ve experienced a flood of positive PI’s like I haven’t felt since March.

This theory just might lead me to some gains.

Sex – diet – activity. Primitive man had sex with real women, he did not fap to porn. Primitive man ate a healthy diet, he did not have candy and soda. Primitive man killed animals with his bare hands, he did not play video games.

Would downward hanging apply as working the Tunica (my limiting factor is the Tunica)?

Mainly, my goal is to add girth.

I think that my limiting factor is the tunica, but I focusing on my girth so is funny that I’ve to work on my lenght to get some girth

Remek, I want to thank you for your awesome research, and the grade A information you provided. If this turns out to be true, (which I’m very confident in) I was doing the wrong kind of PE. I’ve been hanging when I should have been focusing more on Ulis and the sort. This is truly sticky worthy. Keep up the good work!

I just read that theory, it’s pure genius ! I mean, everything seems to be very well thinking,
So I’m a newbie, but I real a loot about how to PE, unfortunally, I didn’t have some motivation to keep it up, but this theroy just encourage me !

Can you tell me if I’m clear ? My BPSFL is about 6”, my BPEL is between 5.3” and 5.5” (depends of the erection) and my EQ is about .. Let’s say 7-8 (6 when I over workout/other penis activity)

So, I should focus the smooth muscle right ? So my routine could be 5 minutes stretches, and about 200 wet jelqs and ULI’s (how often should I do ULi’s ?)
Admit that in 2 weeks, my EQ will be very hard, like 9, and my BPEL increase close to 6 (this is surely not as simple of that, but hope is life), so, my smooth muscle will be very worked. Then, to get lenght gains again, I will have to workd my tunica, so more stretches and less girth work ? If this theory is right, we can enlarge the penis very big ! (:

Yes Kajime, the theory suggests you should concentrate on smooth muscle - jelqs and Uli’s . Add the Uli’s in slowly because if you overwork your penis your EQ will not improve.

I am not 100% convinced by this theory, but it may have some validity, so try it and see what happens.

Your English is easy to understand.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
