First off, there are 2 questions I want to ask, but they were already asked! But you didn’t answer them! Are you dodging these questions on purpose or did you forget about them because they were not as scientific? These seem relatively easy questions, I’m surprised they only appeared once.

Great question, I believe I fall into the same category. Without my many supplements, my erection is less than 6, AND my BPSFL is less than my BPEL.

What, if anything, can be said for Rushmore and myself?

Also, Casanova pointed out that his EQ is greater while on a muscle relaxer. I have noticed the same thing myself. Would you care to comment?

Sorry for not answering this question; not dodging, just busy. As we had pointed out early in the thread, many things can be responsible for diminished EQ, lifestyle, medications, and blood pressure to name a few. So, unfortunately, when someone’s BPFSL and BPEL are close together
but yet they have a retrograde erection then there is a likelihood that something else is at fault. As in Casanova’s case, a muscle relaxer helps
his erection because he likely has a problem with smooth muscle relaxation.

This information will best benefit those who had previously had good erection strength but saw a decrease in EQ as the BPFSL/BPEL difference increased AND can’t attribute the loss of EQ to anything else.

My BPEL is longer than my BPFSL. So what exactly does that mean ? Like what should I focus on ? I am currently on my 2nd month in the Newbie Routine.


April 2008 : BPEL = 13.6 cm NBPEL = 12.7 cm ( measured girth wrong I think, so I won´t put it up here before next time I measure)

May 2008 : BPEL = 14.2 cm NBPEL = 12.8 cm

June 2008 : BPEL = 14.7 cm NBEL = 13 cm MSEG = 10.9 cm

Stretch like hell.probably 70% length exercises with light jelqing (low erection levels) being the only girth exercise for now.at least until your BPFSL becomes longer than your BPEL.

I’ve been thinking about this and I wanted to get your thoughts, Remek.

If my flaccid stretched length is longer than my bpl, I need to work on my tunica. And if my bpl is longer than my stretched length, then I should be working on my CC. I think (sorry, I didn’t look at the beginning of the thread again) this is if there is less than a half inch difference between the two measurements.

What is the suggestion then if I don’t have a massive 10 on the hard-on scale, but my flaccid stretch is much longer than my bpl?

Don’t most people have mostly longer stretched lengths than erect lengths? That’s what I noticed when people were submitting their sizes. It seems almost rare for it to be the other way around.

Honestly, how much are people going to gain on a tunica stretch? An inch, maybe two at the most? Can someone just “fill in the hole”, so to speak, later?

Hopefully, I haven’t recycled too many thoughts here. Thanks.

I’m not Remek, but I thought I would comment.

If your BPFSL is a lot longer (at least .5”) than your BPEL, you need to do girth work (not stretch the tunica). You had that backwards I think.

According to the theory, your erection quality suffers ALONG with a BPFSL that is much longer than BPEL.

Your problem seems to be that you have stretched sufficiently for now and you need to work on gaining smooth muscle (girth). Until you work on this, your erection quality is going to suffer.

I’m in the same position as you, for what it’s worth.

Jelqing at higher erection level leads to gaining smooth muscle (girth). Your primary goal for now should be stretching the tunica and gaining length. Jelqing at low erection levels might help with length but is more just for general penile health. Most likely, you don’t want to completely ignore girth work, but your focus should definitely be on length.

Great theory guys. Well I have just finished reading this whole thread, and its been very helpful indeed. For my situation, it makes perfect sense. I don’t have the measurements, but i’m getting really hard erections (like the level 9-10), I believe. Although I might have had some type of ED, I don’t know, but I have taken ED meds and I will continue to use them. But sometimes I feel as if my erections are “too hard.” If anyone has been there and understands this (even when not on the meds).

But this makes sense, because I rarely do tunica exercises and/or manual stretches. All I have been doing is jelqing, with the 80% relative erection level, so that is why my girth and EQ has been awesome. But the little tunica stretching I have done, I have seen good results. I just hate manual stretching, but I want length desperately, so this is what I must do no question.

But great theory.

I will do the measurements and make my stats easier and more applicable for this theory, soon!


Just out of curiousity, has anyone been focusing on this theory and reaped benefits?

I will have completed 1 month of my own routine developed with TGC and I will measure. I’ve been focusing heavily on girth, yet I believe I will still gain more length. My EQ isn’t really changing the way I would like to see, I was expecting my penis (which is currently a 5 or 6 on the erection scale) to get bigger and larger with greater EQ, but I just get harder with a relatively deflated penis. Damn.
