Flacid gains yet no erect gains?

I have been doing PE for about a month now and I have noticed a flacid length gain but no erect length gain. I was wondering if this is typical when starting out?

My routine consists of stretches, wet jelqing and kegels mixed in with the stretching. I do all of this in warm bath usually 4-5 times a week and 15-20 each time.

That happens with many guys. It took me over 3 months to first notice any erect gains, but I was only doing wet jelqing at the time. Patience is a must in PE.

Thanx, that’s good to hear. Is it necessary to do the 100-200 jelqs as a part of your routine. The majority of routines I have read out there incorporate at least 200 jelqs a session if not more. Personally I would rather not jelq but do other exercises because jelqing gives me this blister type things on my glands and on the skin right under the glands. I believe they are from the excessive pressure from the milking action during jelqing. When I do jelq I squeeze my glands keeping the blood out. Do you think this type of jelqing might be slowing down my gains?

Look in the Newbie Forum under “A Quick Start Guide To Manual Exercises”, it should be among the first threads. It contains a video on jelq to show the proper way. You don’t mention what you use to wet jelq with. Shampoo or conditoner or soap are not good to use at all. Vaseline from a jar or baby oil are used my many guys. If you are using the proper lubricates then I don’t know about why you are getting blisters, I haven’t had that trouble.

There are many exercises,but some of them are advanced and are not to be done by newbies because of the risk of injury until the dick gets more conditioned. I don’t know how much you’ve read here about PE—it’s wise to read and learn thoroughly in the Newbie Forum and to use the search engine when seeking out many details. I found myself in the same situation. I started squeezing the base with strong kegel, pumping it up and then keeping the pressure for about 30 seconds. Shake it out for a few seconds and restart. I do this about 5 times toward the end of my routine. This seem to be the one that got me over the hump. Good luck!

Cool mackereljohn. I myself have found out recently just how complex the simple action of the kegel can be and how many uses it truly has for PE and sex/masterbation. I found I can kegel now to pump my cock up to max erection level with a bunch of quick kegels and if I want to kill my erection I just have to hold a erect kegel for a while and eventually the blood drains from my penis slowly. And then of course there is the whole topic of kegel use when you are edging and when you want to shoot farthur loads while having sex or jacking it. :)

Also, you do realize that they guy who started this thread probaly won’t see your post since he posted this in the beginning of 2004, but who knows right?
