Flacid gains or not
I wanted to know, how common it is to measure the flacid state and find a good measurement, and check it again later and be disappointed with what you find?
I have been trying for so long to get past that 4 in. flacid limitation! What can I do?
Also I’m trying to gain 1 1/4 in. in lngth and 1/2 in. in grth, erect that is. Would it be advisable for me to stop jelquing?
Right now my routine is:
5 min warmup
20 min hanging(only 2 1/2 lbs. just started)
20 min jelq
10 min hd engrgmnt sqz
5 min hot cloth
later that day
25 min hanging(same wght)
3 days on 1 off, 2 days on 1 off
Also should I be hanging longer etc.?
