hi guys.

guys i am faced with a typical problem. my penis when flaccid is only about an inch. but when erect is about five and half inches. guys is it normal? my flaccid size is very embarrasing. guys please tell me about paricular exercise except hanging which can improve my flaccid size. my current routine consists of 15 mins of stretching and 15 mins of jelqing . i cannot give more time to my pe because of my tight schedule of college. i am 23. please help

I share your problem - decent (6.5+) erect penis, but laughable when flaccid - hell, a kindergarten kid could match me!

BUT, I am seeing SUBSTANTIAL improvement after nearly 9 months of PE - so there IS hope - just sorta disgusting it took me to this point in life (65 years old) to discover there IS something that can be done about it! Stick with it as best you can the rewards are beyond description!


I agree with mraverage’s comments.

Small flaccid size is a bummer psychologically and with so many getting good results from intelligent PE programs, no reason why you shouldn’t have a good shot at changing your flaccid appearance.

We are all chemically different, though, and everybody’s mileage varies. I see posts from guys who get rather speedy flaccid gain and then there are those like me who don’t get any appreciable gain for a very long time - in my case almost a year after starting PE - but then the gains occured sort of all of a sudden. This was somewhat dicouraging to me along the way (I was getting erect gain but it didn’t show much soft) however a very happy reward for a lot of concentrated work.

Just a little advice: Don’t measure your flaccid size in a compulsive way. There is just too much variation during the day and too many factors determining whether you are hanging heavy or not at any particular moment. After time, though, you will begin to notice average differences and I hope that one of these days you’ll be impressing even yourself.



I think you may be pleasantly surprised

Everything you do will help - see the item on my “Using your hands” page Use Your Hands For PE - 2001 Site - Tom Hubbard I would suggest (providing you can do it without the stimulation being a problem) that you spend a moment giving it a good tug every time you pee, and imagine your penis relaxing and growing. Talk to it in your head - tell it that you’ve got a little more adolescent growing to do, and you’re pulling it to remind it that it still needs to grow (this is the kind of pscyh I used on myself; hey, it can’t hurt).

I kind of think the more often you ‘remind’ it, the faster it will respond. There are some great stretches you can do in bed too - you can figure some out. That’s a good way to get a few extra minutes of exercise in every day.

The reason I think you may be pleasantly surprised is that any growing you do is going to be dramatic, given where you’re starting from. Certainly was for me!

One thing I do is give it a few “pumps” every now and then, throughout the day. Wake up and get dressed, pump it. Have a pee, pump it. Getting out of the shower, pump it. Etc, etc. I’ve noticed that overall, flaccid size is better than pre-PE, but of course it isn’t always bigger. The weird thing is that I can go out, and it will be really cold outside, and flaccid size really good. Can come back inside the nice warm house, and it will go away a bit.

that sounds like a good start, once you get down the road a couple of months you could do some squeezes or ulis. Also maybe do some V stretches.

You can make some good progress with 30 minutes aday.

A few questions: Are you overweight ? Smoking ? Eating at least two fruits a day ? Eatingl a fairly balanced diet ?

It just seems a little strange for someone who is doing PE, to have such a differential between flaccid and erect. Maybe it’s some high blood-pressure/stress ?

Anyhow, try eating more veggies and fruits that can really help.
Make sure you eat at least one fruit at breakfast.

If that doesn’t help, after awhile, you can try taking 500mg of L-Arginine.
