I have searched and searched but I still need input. Have you gained flaccid girth. How much? What are some exercises that target flaccid girth?!

I would think that, for the most part, erect girth and flaccid girth go hand-in-hand. If you gain one, you gain the other. However, for some guys who are major growers the girth difference may always be drastically different.

No idea of any exercise that specifically targets flaccid girth. Some light flaccid jelqing or Kegels may give you an extra temporary plumpness. I would just work on increasing girth overall and you will probably see some desired results.

Probably, gigolo744 is right but I have gained very little in flaccid girth, while quite some in erect. If you look at my footer (the diagram), you see a 0.2” flaccid girth gain and a 0.6” erect girth gain. It is difficult to spot what exercise that helped to do that but probably jelq + clamping.

Flaccid girth is a matter of keeping the blood in there between exercises.

1) limp jelq several times a day
2) wear a cockring all the time
3) wear loose underwear or no underwear

Flaccid jelqing should help with both erect and flaccid girth. Now that I think about any girth exercise should help with both.

I agree, any girth exercise will help. Caboose showed me this link today, and I tried this method of flacid jelqing today as well (you only need about 5% erection for it to work):
