Flaccid Gains

Ok, so without actually attempting to make flaccid gains, I have made close to 1.5” in no time at all. My routine is basically only hanging, stretching and jelqing with a lot of heat for each.

Has anyone else had good, almost immediate, flaccid gains? I’m trying to figure out, and really key in on, what I’m doing right and learn from it.

My permanent flaccid gains occured shortly after pumping with a relatively tight cylinder.

I think streching also accompanied the process.

Pretty sure flaccid gains are a byproduct of PE in general. I had gains of an inch or so in my first month or two. Which actually freaked me out. Considering that I only wanted curve correction and ain’t buy the enlargement promises of the extender.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6" MSEG as of 12/16/2016 This is my story...and a few progress pics of me here.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Yes. All the stretching makes my flaccid penis feel like a rubber band.

If only my erect gains were the same.

That’d be much like hitting a hole in one the first time you golf.

When I initially started, I’ve noticed flaccid gains, although I’m not really concerned about it since it is the erect gain that is of use. But another by product of PE is prominent veins on your being. Thus, with flaccid gain increase and the prominent veins that PE brought about, I’d visit nude beach again.


Started 4-27-16: BPEL 6.06; MSEG 4.625; Base EG 4.88; Current: BPEL 6.5; MSEG 4.81; Base EG 5.0; Goal: BPEL at least 7.5; MSEG at least 5.25

Yup I’ve made some flaccid gains and I adore it. As being a grower, it sure helps to have flaccid more girthier, lengthier and heavier than before. In the past, I did some PE and I would mostly get Erect gain but no Flaccid. But now both Flaccid and Erect gains are present.

And yeah, the heat sure do helps A lot :D

Are there any exercises specifically aimed at increasing flaccid size?

I’ve gained somewhere in the area of .7’ in length but I see little change in flaccid size. As a significant grower I’d like to gain some flaccid since I suspect that having a larger flaccid will make my erections larger at lower erection levels. This means a larger unit at a non-100% erection level, which is clearly beneficial for sex.


Feb 2016: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

March 11th '17: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 135 mm MEG (5.32")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

I think jelqing and stretching have done it for me. My flaccid gains have been twice my erect gains. I’m not complaining; I just want to figure out what works best.

Wow, a 1.5” gain. I’ve gained a .5 inch in about 4 months. I don’t do any hanging though. Do you guys do stretches everyday or take days off? I started for the first 2 months as every other day. Then I went to 2 on 2 off for the next 2 months. Now I am just starting 5 on and 2 days off. I do 2 different stretches every day and 1 -2 different girth exercises every day.

I’m doing 2 on 1 off, also for about 4 months now. I do stretches and JAIs. For the stretches, I go up down left right SO, first 15 seconds, then 20, then 30, then 40 all in one session (13 minutes total). JAIs 12 or 18 reps in the same directions for 3 seconds in tension then 2 seconds not stretched and kegeling. Then I jelq usually at a low or mid EQ. Everything with constant heat (100W IR lamp). I also edge frequently. I’ve read before that stretching or length work in general doesn’t need days off, but I like to give my unit a rest especially since the stretches leave my uncut head kind of raw after the 2 on days.

I do all types of hanging. I do 3 minutes of the inverted v stretch every time I go to the stall.

I’m just about up to .5 in in BPFSL, not including my first month when I didn’t know to measure that. So it may be closer to .75 in.

For just flaccid in general, definitely. It varies a lot so I’m not sure how much measurements would tell me, but now I’m always about 4.25 at least, up to 5 after hanging. I’ve just taken it as a natural byproduct to PE and a good indication of erect gains to follow.

But yeah, it’s great to have an increased bulge and I can’t wait for it to be even bigger!

This one of the most prominent unspoken benefits. This and the mirror appearance. After a point, it becomes a noticeable bulge. Then, you either hide it or flaunt it by how you dress.
