Hi all.

I’m not really new into PE but I never really had the time to do it for real, or I was tooo lazy.

Anyway I got my 2nd Penimaster and I’m doing some girth exercises and V-Stretches.

Two weeks ago I started hanging, just to give it a try, but I really prefere stretchin. I started with 22 lbs.

I think the best way the measure up, is to use the Penimaster, only to check out results, not to say that it’s my cock size or else I would be about 8 inch.

Back into PE after 3 year pause

PE is much about gradual conditioning. Dicks just aren’t used to these exercises.

Sex, even very enthusiastic sex - yes. Masturbation, even very frequent - yes.

But pulling, stretching, hanging, pumping, squeezing (you name it) - no.

You gotta gradually accustom your unit to these.
