First post + routine advice
First off, hi to all.
This is my first post over here. Have been lurking for two months on the board though.
I have also been doing PE for two months now.
I did a 5on/2off the first month and a 1on/1off the second one.
The first month I did jelqs and manual stretches only and gained a bit but not a lot :
went from EBPL 18cm to EBPL 18,2cm and erect girth from 12.5cm to 12.8cm (EBPL gain 1/12inch, girth gain 1/8inch)
The second month I changed my routine and did a 1on/1off
doing about 350jelqs, 300 JAI’s, 5 ULI’s, 5 horses, ULI’s and horses are held for 10 seconds
went from 18,2cm EBPL to 18,5cm and girth from 12,8cm to 13,1cm (EBPL gain 1/8inch, girht gain 1/8inch)
My question is, are these good gains ? I’ve seen a lot of (relative)newbies report much better gains.
Maybe I am doing too much and should cut back the volume of my program or do more ?
going for the 8x7 !!!
