Today, despite PE-ing for 1 1/2 years and gaining over 1 inch, I think I had my first lig pop.
On the right side during stretching I heard a “clunk” and felt a “twitch” on that side, no pain and I continued my routine, but quite a scary experience.
I have added JAI’s and A-stretches to my routine, thus I’ve split my stretching to AM and PM (the amount I do got too long from one session including 20-25 mins jelqing as well). In addition I now do 3 on, 1 off after I felt I had hit a plateau.
So really my main question on this is do I consider a lig pop a good or bad sign? I must admit I’ve had some great PI’s in recent days and weeks, stronking erections a lot of the time and very horny, so much so I’ve had to cut short some of my stretching just because I COULDN’T get rid of my erection.
Is the pop a sign my approach is working, or that it is too excessive?
