The firegoat roll has saved my PE career. I am now able to control discoloration with an aggressive clamping, pumping, bending, and modified jelqing routine which is yielding a harvest of gains.
Before I heard about the firegoat roll I had no choice but to take days off so the discoloration wouldn’t get out of control. Sometimes the days off were beneficial but sometimes if I were to skip a certain session at a certain time, I would be set back with a loss. This of course is confusing to me that I would lose gains by skipping single sessions, but then it hit me. I realized that I wasn’t doing PE throughout the day anymore like I used to and the certain exercises that kept me plump, I was just doing a light morning routine and my night routine.

The discoloration made me afraid to Uli and bend as much, and because of this I would pump and jelq more; and also clamp but not as much. I lost a decent amount of uncemented gains do to this but I still came out ahead, but the point is I could of had much more if I were able to do maintain expansion throughout the day. Now that I have the firegoat roll in my arsenal, I can bend and Uli throughout the day intensely again to maintain expansion without worrying about discoloration. I also clamp and pump, but I only do that in my night sessions and occasionally the morning sessions if I have time. The bottom line is pumping is not a good method by itself. It must be supplemented with the other exercises to provide a benefit, otherwise the gains are ultimately temporary.

Firegoat also has a method to improve the circumcision scar area. All you do is lightly pinch around the scar, and in time it should improve that area as well. The reason I started this thread is everybody needs to know about the “firegoat roll.” All you do is roll the penis in between your palms with a semi erect, erect, or flaccid penis after every form of PE you do for a few minutes. The results are instant, so you could stop doing the roll once the discoloration fades before your eyes. Don’t worry if there is still some redness after a big workout because that goes away in time. The dark bruising should be gone though before you stop rolling.

Wow, this is extremely interesting. And if this is really the case I’m going to start doing this because I have some awful discolorations I want to get rid of!

It’s such an easy technique that there is no really right or wrong way to do it, but you know when you’ve got it right because the results are immediately obvious.

I’ll start this today. I’m fairly new at this and have gained a little more than 1/4 inch of girth. Strangely enough, I didn’t have any discoloration until just this last month. I’m willing to try this as soon as possible.

Firegoat, does this also work on discoloration that has been there for a while or mainly just preventing discoloration, what about glans discoloration?

The results are not instant with long term discolouration, but over time it works if you are consistent and use it every time you PE. I don’t know about glans discolouration as I’ve never had it.

If you try it for a couple of months and let us know if it works for glans discolouration, you would be doing all of us a service and adding valuable information to Thunder’s Place. :)

I’ll have to try these as my penis is starting to get very dark and discoloured.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Wow, I did this for about 3 minutes and a a small spot of discoloration that I’ve had for months vanished. Thank you.

I recently bought a new pump. I have been consistently pumping under 5cmHg or is it mm. It’s the same number you guys are used to. Well anyways, the firegoat roll with the lower pressures and also up to an hour at 4, or ever 90 minutes at 2.5-3 has helped with the discoloration, growth, and PI’s (PI’s are key btw). I have also been able to pump everyday and keep an A- grade on the PI scale, my erections are capable of becoming really hard if I’m turned on enough, so PI’s are looking good. I’m at like 8 BPEL * 5.6-5.7 EG right now btw and my dick is feeling healthy. I only clamp 3-4 days a week now and haven’t been bending much lately cause I want to cycle some techniques. I pump daily though. I get up to 6-6.25 EG after I pump too. I should show you guys some pictures I have on my cell phone, but am confused how to put it on the site. I also don’t know if I have the plug for the computer. Don’t have any before pics either. My dick is definitely pornographically large at moments though. Just got to be patient and hopefully by fall I’l be at 6EG and then I can reassess my goals.

That’s interesting, I sometimes notice my discolouration from clamping goes down after having a hot bath then jelqing abit but will try this too.

I’ve tried the fire goat roll and it’s not working. Is it supposed to work for very dark purple discolouring or just abit of redness. Just now when Clamping I sort of tried erect bends, because I have a slight upward curve, I straightened it out and alittle beyond and it definitely looked way thicker whilst doing this so I assume it’s a good exercise to do. Anyways I’ve gotten quite abit of dark purple discolouration and the fire goat roll isn’t getting rid of it what so ever! Or much of anything else for that matter.

You say to roll your penis between your palms. What does this mean? Really fast like you would to heat your hands up? Or slow? How much pressure?

Dude don’t blame the Firegoat roll for not fixing the results of doing something monumentally stupid like erect bending while clamped.

Anyway you sound like you need some help but I don’t have the experience to give it so hopefully someone else will chime in.

Lol I didn’t hurt, it felt good!! And I gave me a good workout, I’m well conditioned but I guess I should of done a few more weeks of clamping before trying such extreme exercises but yeah. The Fire goat Roll doesn’t seem to help with any discolouration not even mildly red stuff after abit of jelqing.

If your penis is going dark purple, you are starving it of bloodflow for too long. There is no need to do that. Release the clamp well before you ever get close to dark purple and get some fresh blood/oxygen into your penis. For most clamping you should not actually need to tighten the clamp to the point of total occlusion of bloodflow anyway. PE should help create a healthier penis, not damage it. Clamping the penis has exactly the same effect as applying a tourniquet to a limb, and as most people who have done first aid know, if you starve tissue of oxygen for more than a short time, it dies. It’s how lambs tails are removed; they put a very tight elastic band around them, and they die and drop off.

Post PE discolouration is primarily a histologic change caused by vasopermeability under pressure in the case of fairly light sustained PE, or in more ‘aggressive’ PE, by focal hemorrhage in the upper dermis (red spots), and (simple version) the firegoat roll works by manually squeezing the congested blood etc. out of the tissues.

It’s possible that the roll won’t work for someone with a high haemorrhagic tendency, for example in someone with thrombocytopaenia, which would cause fragile capillary walls. If you have tried the roll at different erection levels and pressures, and for long enough, and it genuinely isn’t helping at all, it may be worth asking your GP for a Rumpel-Leede test.
