"firegoat roll" discoloration prevention, control, and removal

Sorry because my english comprehension is not perfect so I’m not sure to have really understood how to do these Firegoat Roll. Is it supposes to turn your penis between your hands like for example in this picture

Of course not exactly like in this picture since our purpose is not to make fire with it… but I’m juste asking about the position of the hands on the penis and the movement they have to do with it.

Is this it please? And if this is it how long do we have to do it after our PE sessions according to you?

Yes, that picture is a good example. Do the firegoat rolls slower than if you were making fire!

Do a minute of light jelqs first, then do the firegoat rolls until your penis is close to natural colour again.. How long depends on how discoloured. After most PE I do perhaps 2 minutes. After heavy clamping, perhaps 5 minutes. The time isn’t important; the colour is.

Thank you very much Firegoat. I only do a kind of newbie routine with 10 minutes of strect and ten minutes of jerq and with warm up (ten minutes again) before each exercise but after jelquing the half part of my penis gets a lot of red spots and even blue spots and the whole surface is a little red because of the blood which was in it (from the top to the middle but nothing under this part).

2 months I do this routine (2 days on and 1 day off) but no gain at all for now :(

It sounds silly but the other night when I finished my routine I was so horny, that firegoat rolls reached me to the PONR! Awesome


Thank God there is PE

I have some bad bruising from erect jelqing 2 years ago.. Bruises were originally purpleish, 2 years later they are still there and red-purpleish.

Will pinching the bruises cause them to break up and recirculate? Bruises just below glans on near circumcism scar FYI. And I haven’t done PE since the injury.

Difficult to say if it would work. You would need to do some jelqing first to get some blood into the tissues to help break up what is already there, before you tried to move it out.

Even though my penis is a bit darker, the firegoat roll in fact seems to work and make it clearer. However, what I find is that the firegoat roll kills basically all the engorgement and plumps of my penis when done right after the sessions, so I’m “healing” it in not the most engorged state - it actually gets pretty think after the roll. Is there some suggestions or tips on how to minimize this, meaning getting the non-discoloration benefits but keeping the penis full?

I also clamp and pump, but I only do that in my night sessions and occasionally the morning sessions if I have time. The bottom line is pumping is not a good method by itself. It must be supplemented with the other exercises to provide a benefit, otherwise the gains are ultimately temporary.

Firegoat also has a method to improve the circumcision scar area. All you do is lightly pinch around the scar, and in time it should improve that area as well. The reason I started this thread is everybody needs to know about the “firegoat roll.” All you do is roll the penis in between your palms with a semi erect, erect, or flaccid penis after every form of PE you do for a few minutes. The results are instant, so you could stop doing the roll once the discoloration fades before your eyes. Don’t worry if there is still some redness after a big workout because that goes away in time. The dark bruising should be gone though before you stop rolling.

The fullness is only fluid bloating. It makes it ‘look’ bigger, but isn’t true engorgement and doesn’t add to gains.

Imagine your penis is a piece of dough and you are rolling it into a cylinder. That’s it. If you actually read the thread, you will find out more, like it’s better to do it after a few jelqs, and with a soft semi erect penis.

Oh isnt that dangerous what if you roll to far? Like do a full 360 or more?

You will automatically do it the right amount, trust me. The more you twist the harder it is to to twist further. And if it’s fairly flaccid and you are going at a sensible speed, you wouldn’t do any damage anyway. You are not trying to start a fire with it!

So keeping that fullness, the engorgement right after jelqing, ULIs and an edging sessions doesn’t help with gains?
