I try to jelq at least 5 days a week. I do 300 to 400 each morning. For Ulis I follow the instructions from this thread:

Except I do them after each set of 100 and squeeze 10 times instead of five.

I hang with the Bib for length

You are very similiar to me in everything from beginning till now. You began 6 x 4.5. I began 6 1/4 x 4.5.
I’m currently at 7 3/8 L (top right side)x with a base of 5, mid 4 3/4 and top of 4 1/2. If I measure right directly on top I measure 7 L.
To answer your flaccid question, I currently measure about 5L or so and 4 G, so I do increase some in G when erect is about all I can say. If I remember correctly, I use to be about 3 3/4 L X 3 1/2 G flaccid before PE.
Also, subtracting a few months where I didn’t PE, my PE time is about 1 1/2 years like yours. I’ll race you to 8x6 bpel :)

I have the same routine, but I do my exercises at night :) What kind of gains have you achieved, Ophiosaurus?

Daedalus,

I started in July of last year at 5.75 BPEL x 4.5 EG. I am now 7.5 BPEL x 5.25 EG. Goal is 8 x 6 of course. I have made more length gains and really would like to gains some girth. I am adding Horse 440s. To my routine.
