Ferrari Pumps anyone? Bends?
I earlier came across this girth exercise,
where basically you get 80%, jelq to the top, pump PC, trap at abse and feel a pump.
THEN, you should bend downwards or to the sides.
Just that moment, the BENDING…
- it exists in several exercises right?
- is that crucial for growth, or does it suffice just to get that pump?
(if not in the Ferrari Pump, but other also?)
