I have been at it for two months and have been fairly happy with my gains so far (this stuff actually works!!!) Here are my stats:

Starting (Dec 1st, 2003):
6.693” BPEL x 4.5” EG (pushing the ruler hard into the bone)
NBPL Around 6” maybe a little more

Current:
7.280” BPEL X 4.5” EG

Routine for 1st month:
5 minute warmup
10 x 30 seconds stretches (outwards)
10 minutes of 2 second jelqs (between 60-80% erect)
5 days on, 2 off

Routine for Second Month:
5 minute warmup
5 x 1 minute stretches (outwards)
10 minutes of 2 second jelqs (between 60-80% erect)
5 x 30 second ULIs w/ 90-95% erection level

I have read that it will be harder to gain length if I gain girth first. However, considering I am below average in the girth department I feel very skinny at 4.5”. So I think my plan of attack will be to keep up with a basic stretching routine, but concentrate primarly on girth until I hit the magic 5, and then go back to length. Once I hit 5” in EG I can feel normal.

What would you guys suggestion for a routine?

I am thinking some basic stretches in the AM.

then a PM workout of
warmup
10 minutes jelq
10 x 1 minute ULIs

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Starting Size <======> 7.1 BP x 6.5 girth

Currently<========> 7.4 BP x 6.5 girth

Try this exercise. It is very powerful. I go for 30 minutes, but every 5 minutes I go hands off for 20-30 seconds to shake my hands out and dip into my water for keeping my KY Jelly slick.

What do you mean balloon the penis? You mean squeeze it hard and then measure the girth?

I gained 0.7 inches girth within 5 months daily pumping of 30 minutes.
My starting stats were similar to yours.

GRW: I share your stats too! I started around the innacurate measure of 6.5” X 4.5”. Now I have had some length gains from stretching I am slightly over 7” bp but my girth has stayed pretty much the same.

I agree on the 5” remark, once I get to 5” I will be estatic. I dont really want to have a “goal size” as any gains are welcome, but 7” nbp X 5” would make me very happy. If I can get this in one year I will be smiling.

My plan is to carry on with jelq and stretch to condition myself more, then start with horses (I did start with them but did a bit too much! and got a little bit of ED- a week off was in need). Then maybe Cable clamps, also I would like to hang to incresae base girth.

Secjay: I used to be melvin_jelqer, but Thunder kindly changed my name to “uk” since “jelqer” was a bit rubbish. I didn’t give the name much initial thought, but came to like it here. So yeah I am the same guy! Is that what you meant? Sorry for the confusion.

Twattteaser, I’m guessing that you may be saying that as we stretch our base moves upward? I’m 4 3/4 mid and just about 5 base. When base is bigger than midshaft is that helpful for midshaft gains?

Hey Twat, I was with my girlfriend all weekend so I didn’t get a chance to measure the base. I will do that tonight. I have measured it before and it is bigger. I’m think between 4.75” - just under 5”, but I’ll let you know for sure tonight.

Just measured. It’s 4.75” at the base.

Your jelqs are too fast I think. They should take at least 3 seconds per stroke. I had some initial girth gains, but had pretty much nothing for about 1.5 months or more. That’s when I started doing Uli’s, Horse440’s and concentrating more on doing 200 slow, 3-5 second dry jelqs. That’s when my girth started coming back with me. I agree that 7 inches looks better with at least 5 inches of girth.

ladida - I’m thinking you are right, I will give the slower Jelqs a try.

I’m thinking of this routine:
-warmup
-10 mins stretching
-15 min 3-5 second wet jelqs
-10 x 1 minute Ulis

A question for the Pro’s:
Would it be better to cut down on stretching whilst trying to achieve girth?

I have searched through a couple of posts saying that length gains may inhibit girth gains. So if Myself and GRW cut down on stretching (just down maintenence stretching) would girth gains come easier?

I know Wad and many others suggest to aim for length first. But in our case if we aimed for 5” Girth and then continued working both length and girth when we hit that, is this advisable?

Hmmm actually, maybe I dont want to drag the length vs girth discussion up again.
