I’m having trouble maintaining an erection and reaching full 100% hardness because my PC muscle feels sore. Mostly having went to the restroom a few hours before a PE workout attempt. This is really bothersome. I currently do kegels lightly when I remember throughout the day. Any advice would be appreciated?

Stop doing kegels and stretching with very high tension if you are.

I’m only stretching for 5 min. I’m gunning for girth. Maybe I have hemorrhoids

Just take a break. Your penis might not able to get to a 100% erection after a workout. Happens to everyone. Learn from your mistakes. A day or two in rest should bring it back.

The BC is a muscle. It needs rest as well as training so that it has time to adapt and become stronger. Try having one ‘proper’ session every other day, focusing on quality over quantity.
