I’m considering trying a variation of it where you use a c-clamp with the 2 pieces welded to the c-clamp. The c-clamp would give one the ability to regulate the pressure where as the A-clamps won’t. I would say this would require YEARS of P.E. to do and it’s most likely to cause injury at the slightest mistake.

Let me know what you think. I’ve been looking for more aggressive girth exercises like your fulcrum stretch you describe in the 1st post.


Shane Diesel routine? Looking at his penis he jus look overpumped. Anyway, the idea of ‘smashing (maybe squeezing?) the clamped penis is different from what I’m advocating and, along the line of reasoning at the base of this routine, less effective. When your penis is erect, tunica albuginea layers are less pliable; If you apply pressure the force will be directed on to different parts of the penis, like CS, urethra and glans, which can be little or not permanently enlarged; beside that, that risk will be even higher because the low pliability of TA when the penis is erect will cause uneven pressure and easily the bending of the penis, which is the main cause of penis fracture (AKA tunica tearing).

I may try this some day, when I have the equipment. I will try and experiment with sleeping with a cock ring for one night and see what happens.

As I never did any kind of hanging I have no idea where to put the weighs . Can you explain it with some ” drawings ” please .

I would really want to start with this excersice because I am focuse in girth . My routine is pump + clamp . So the idea of doing a girth excersice being flaccid motivates me .

there is nothing special, looks like the last pic in the above linked page; the sole difference is that I thighten the sticks with zip ties and that I wrap the protecting material (smooth rubber cut from inner bycicle tire) around the sticks instead than around the penis. The hanger is attached near the base of your penis like you wanted to do a clamping set. Hope it is clear now? :)

But I understand that the two sticks must be . ” over ” ( along the shaft ) the penis . In the link they are at the side perpengicular .

No! Not along the shaft, they have to be at the sides, like in link.

Listen to what the man says. If you’ve just started, this is not the routine for you. For newbies, I recommend this routine.It has given me the most gains.
