Extreme PE : Routine For Girth

Thank you for sharing your routine Marinera, it is appreciated.

The only thing I have remotely come close to in line with what you have shared has been sleeping with a cock ring on. At times it has worked and I have worn some rubber cock ring do so, however I do have a leather one somewhere which I will try until I get the metal one back. Thank you for sharing of your wisdom.

Although girth would be nice, length remains my focus for now even though the gains seem to come together. Many thanks.

The exercise is extreme, but a lot depends on the weight one is going to use; I think the maximal weight is the most efficient because I thought to this approach as a ‘last resort routine’: if nothing else has worked or is working anymore, try this, kinda a shock routine. But if one hangs with low weight the danger is relatively low.

I think there are more dangerous exercises than this, like erect bends and horses440.

Thanks for the infor marinera! I’ve done PE almost 2 years now and I will not try this as you said the warning. Did you lose the lenght permanetly? I would not sacrifice lenght. I just hope that the girth exercises what I’m about to do would not sacrifice lenght.

I stopped the routine about three weeks ago so it is hard to tell if the length loss is permanent; beside that I try to do 1 set of these squeeze hanging at least once for week, because I like my fatter look and women do like too. :)

Marinera, ever heard of an exercise where you “smash” a clamped penis between 2 pieces of tile?

The idea is to get 100% in the clamp, take 2 table clamps (A-clamps) and 2 pieces of tile or metal 2”W x 4”L and clamp the penis in-between the 2 pieces of tile for 5-10 minutes.
I came across it while in a google search binge and had seen someone say that it was a part of Shane diesels routine.
I bring it up to you because it sounds like it widen the hell out of the penis, but like your warning says, it would be extremely dangerous!
I’m considering trying a variation of it where you use a c-clamp with the 2 pieces welded to the c-clamp. The c-clamp would give one the ability to regulate the pressure where as the A-clamps won’t. I would say this would require YEARS of P.E. to do and it’s most likely to cause injury at the slightest mistake.

Let me know what you think. I’ve been looking for more aggressive girth exercises like your fulcrum stretch you describe in the 1st post.

Another good exercise is to shoot your cock with a shotgun. You can also use SMG’s, LMG’s, assault rifles, sniper rifles etc. Don’t use handguns since they’re not powerful enough. Well maybe desert eagle, barely. Anyway, my favorite one is the barret 50 cal. You can really feel the blood running trought your penis.

Lol, not joking. I think it was MOS. yeah it sounds too damn dangerous the way I read it. That’s why I think a better approach to it (gentle) would be best. I’ve tried using my fingers as in a way to squeeze the top and bottom while clamped and it doesn’t take much to feel pain, and of course pain is bad!

Maybe so and I post on marinera’s routine. When the clamp came out many vets here that are now clamping thought the same thing. A lot of the vets that have hung and the ones that are hanging
thought the same thing as well. Who in their right mind would hang weights from their penis, or clamp out all blood circulation and reintroduce blood. We all must understand,
everything we do here is dangerous. Thunder’s Place has it’s own caution message.

You see brothers, it is guys like marinera who push the envelope to discover a new way to gain. HE DID THROW OUT THE WARNING MESSAGE! and I totally respect him
for that. Who knows, in a year or 2 this may be a regular routine for many. I back marinera up, just because he warned us all before he introduced the Squeeze Hanging
Routine.

For those who are interested and want to try it, please keep us informed of your progress and if so, injuries. Their is always someone else that can perfect this routine, their always
have been, We have the Newbie Routine and now the Advanced Newbie Routine, that is why this place is such a great place to be a part of.

For those who are interested, I say ask more detailed questions in order not to get injured, after all, this is considered an extreme advanced exercise, meaning, you fucking better be
conditioned before you attempt this.

I agree with tntjockey. I went from 5” eg to 5 & 3/8” doing extreme clamped exercises. Amazingly with no injuries. But I’m not saying it should be done. Marinera always has good ideas so I’m going to give it a try. It doesn’t sound too bad to me.

We already have that exercise here. We call it clamp squeezes, we also have c-pulls as well. This was not developed at MOS, but taken from this place.
It is just a matter of how you want to squeeze while clamped, It is dangerous and yes, I tried it for a while and it works, but I tried it a different way, Read my thread
that I posted many years ago and that is the first of three exercise that ms tnt and i did. The C-pulls was the third exercise and the C-edging was the second exercise.

I am not trying to hi-jack this tread, but only emphasizing that a lot of exercises came from Thunder’s Place and marinera has thought of a different one. Check it out

I thought that bigtiny454 was joking about the routine. Sometimes I don not understand english very well and I thought that he was sayin something about smashing a cock with tiles(bricks). I figured it originated from thunders, TNT. I just had no idea what it was called. If I see something new to me, I come back here and see if I can learn up on it. I do want to try clamped squeezes, but I’ll try marineras idea first.
