Good day.

Which has a greater potential to increase girth, hanging or extending?

I can’t remember having read of girth gains with an extender.

Then there must be a lot of contradiction in TP.

Anyone?

Well, considering both extenders and hanging stretch the tissue out like a noodle, I would think that neither contributes to the volumetric expansion required for gains in girth. Regardless, increases in length do seem to be accompanied by some increase in girth although not to the extent of pumping or clamping alone.

Some hangers claim base girth gains. If I gained any base it might be 1/16th and that’s debatable.

The only hanger I know that has claimed girth gains all over his unit is Monty.

I would think a Vacuum hanger might be able to gain girth gains but I have no experience with them.

I recollect that many hangers experience base girth gains to some degree.


Start: April 2012 BPEL 5¼" x EG 4¾"----> July 2012 BPEL 5¾" x EG 4⅞"

First goal: 6"x5"

Long Term Goal: 8"x5¾"

I have never used an extender, but gained in girth from hanging.

Was hanging the only exercise Jimsballs?

I’ve read many times that hanging produces base girth but I find it odd that it doesn’t add to the rest of the penis(according to the same people in most threads that I’ve read); it should at least add less than the base.

So far I don’t have any girth gains from it. However, I really don’t have any base girth gains either.

The only time I could try to full myself into thinking I have girth gains is when I had edema. But that is just a temporary gain.

Almost one and a half inches in length later with no girth gains? Not even at the base?

Has anyone achieved girth gains from hanging? What would be the ratio of length to girth?

I would love to have girth gains while hanging but no such luck. I will say that I do a great job of removing as much excess blood from glans and upper shaft.

Perhaps if I left some blood or hung with a blood plug it would simulate clamping and provide girth gains.

Some stretching but the majority was hanging.

If anyone had girth gains from hanging or any other stretching routines, please share.
