I would like to add something… After a normal session I’ve often let the clamp be on with a loose tense for an hour.
I get best expansion after this kind of workout. I believe this might be a new PE discover, but I will wait for more results before testing it myself.

Yes, I do this, too. I think that, to use this technique (loose clamping) effectively, you have to have a ‘perfect’ fit. I.e., something which provides pressure evenly all the way around. A cable clamp won’t provide this, but the Air Clamp and the adjustable cock ring will.
