Yes, I do this, too. I think that, to use this technique (loose clamping) effectively, you have to have a ‘perfect’ fit. I.e., something which provides pressure evenly all the way around. A cable clamp won’t provide this, but the Air Clamp and the adjustable cock ring will.

Three hours in the tube? I’m quite interested in knowing how that works out. Do you still clamp, as well? for how long?

I’ve been only been able to get a max of 2 1/2 hours in the tube on a given day. That’s split into am and pm sessions of 1 1/4 hours each. I’ve had zero doughnuts by keeping pressure at 4 pounds or less and am gradually starting to pack. Most importantly there small gains last month.

One thing I need to work on is head size, so I’ve cut back on tube time and substituted Ulistretch’s Routine (50 reps am and pm) along with about 5-10 minutes of light jelquing.

Has anyone tried this at very low pump pressure (~2hg) for the full hr? And then possibly wearing a stretchy silicone cockring to bed? It was described in small detail about the idea, but has anyone followed through with a trial yet? I think it would have potential.

I wish there were stretchy silicone cockbands, rather than rings. The rings are a little uncomfortable when worn a long time since they concentrate the pressure so much due to being round shape, yet I’m quite certain they aren’t as effective as a band would be, just as two clamps is so much more effective than one — the actually amount of shaft they constrict is very small.

I agree. I find it hard to believe that no one has thought of making any yet though… Plastic mold/silicone has been used and shaped into many a different items to attribute less cost and raise comfortably. I find the idea of making a silicone band with button fasteners a simple idea that can evolve; that is, if it’s not out on the market already…

Also add to my last post of adding heat/cold into the mixture. That, initially, gave me my most gains as of currently.

EQ isn’t just one factor, like nite wood, it the TOTALITY of all your erectile qualities. By observing them all, you will have a much better idea of when it changes than just one.

As you SHOULD know if you read and understood my threads, is no one can tell you when to PE and when to take off, YOU ALONE can decide that based on your EQ and PIs.

If you want to try frequent clamping, thats fine and for many guys clamping can improve EQ…if you don’t do too much.

Go back to post #377 but use clamping instead of anything else. I recommend starting with about 5 minutes, then wait until your flaccid is full and heavy and your bpfsl is back up to where it should be, then you can do another 5 minutes.

EIM (Elasticity Index Meter)

Lets say your first day, you can clamp 5 times for 5 minutes. Each time your flaccid has returned full and heavy and your bpfsl is where it should be.

Next is to evaluate your EQ. Have your girlfriend "show you something" and see what happens. Is it as good as before or not as good? If it as good or better, then the next day do the same thing.

If your EQ starts to go up, then you are on the right track. If it starts to drop you are doing too much and should cut back. You could either cut back on the number of times a day you are doing it, or the length of time each time.

If after a week or so, your EQ is very high, really great, but you aren’t making any gains, then I would move each session up by one minute to 6 minutes each time.

As long as your EQ is very high, and you aren’t gaining in size, you can move the number up by the multiplier of about 1.10 -1.15. At some point you will start to see gains. Make a note of your EQ level and try and keep it at that level.

When it gets higher than that level, use the multiplier to drop it a little, and if it gets lower than that ideal EQ level, cut back a bit.

The bpfsl should be used to tell you if you need to wait before you PE again. If the number is lower, wait until it returns to PE again. Your flaccid should confirm that number, if your bpfsl is high enough, and EQ is high, but flaccid is getting smaller, thats an indication to use the multiplier and up the time again.

You can only do what is productive, and that will show in EQ and flaccid. So with this system, you can work up to whatever you are capable of sustaining and growing…no point in doing more than that.

First of all - impressive work guys… really.
I decided to post about the excersice I used to do when I was young. I’m positive I got gains, but I don’t have any good measurments from that time. I didn’t even know how to measure properly. Even if I had measurments though it would be difficult to say how much of these gains were caused by the excersise and how much by natural growth(I was 16-17).

I decided to post it here, since it’s very similar to what the thread is about… in a way. Low pressure long time clamping.

What I used to do can be described in a few simple steps:

1) get a 100% erection
2) create an OK grip at the base of the penis. The grip should be as light as possible… simply - touching and not sqeezing.
3) wait until the erection subsides to 80% or so - still full size, but soft.

I sometimes had to repeat steps 1-3 a few times, because sometimes instead of getting 100% size softer dick as my erection subsided I got a smaller but hard penis. I still don’t really know how it works.

4) once I got the erection state described in 3) I tightened my grip so that my dick got engorged to 120% or something like that. to get this kind of engorgement I also used glans stimulation with my free hand and kegels.

The really good thing about it was that while the penis became 120% of it’s erect size it stayed soft making it easy to avoid injuries(no purple color/big dots/small dots easy to avoid with a warm up) while giving the feel of a very good tissue stretch.

This is probably called manual clamping on this site, right? The thing is I did it with a very light grip, but for long periods of time effectively combining it with edging. The sessions were easily 1 hour long. Edging normally is associated with very high erections (very hard penis) but the light OK grip at the base somehow let me retain a pretty soft dick even in close to the point of no return.

I might be tempted to try that one again after I get back into PE;) .

I must also say that those few hours long 50-70% “soft/cloth” clamps seem very promising. That might be a great idea for passive PE once one get’s a really good hang of them. I’m tempted to try them too ;) .

This is a really interesting thread, I’m glad I decide to peruse the main forum. I have always thought clamping would be my eventual exercise to get my girth goals, but I worried a lot about the discoloration and pressure. The only downside to this is the time needed per day. I can usually find enough time for a 2 hour PE session, or split it during the day, but walking around with a light clamp wouldn’t fit my work. Hopefully gains can still be made with the 2-3 hour routine, although they wouldn’t be as good as following it with several hours ADC.

Do you think good results are possible with only a few hours a day? I want to keep the jelqing and stretching in my program, to keep everything maintained. It would be hard to do 4 hours a day.

Great idea, and good luck. I love that people are always doing R&D on their own and finding new ways to improve PE. You should all get Nobel prizes in my book.

Can i just use a cable clamp at a less intense level to get the same results?

I think that is answered on one of the pages soon after 1. I think they said cloth works better because it conforms more uniformly to your dick shape, instead of the fixed shape of the cable clamp making your dick fit IT.

I guess the shape of my unit doesnt go with the cable clamp, because after about 5 min of clamping with cloth I have a very significant engorgement. I only had this type of engorgement once with a cable clamp then never again. Cloth gets two thumbs up from me.

Yep, since I´ve a reliable and cheap source of viagra (alldaychemist) I want to give this routine a try so I´m collecting data of the topic. I can´t find the studies they´re referring in the first page so if anyone can help me I will be very pleased.

Now I´m experimenting with low intensity routines so this will fit perfect in my “advanced” state of progression while it is still a “soft” routine (compared with a traditional clamp protocol).

For now I´m thinking about:

Train every other day (4 days of training one week then 3 the other)
2 hours of erection per session
using 1 or 2 jelly cock rings (depending on how I feel my “unit”)
using 50 to 100 mg of viagra per session (taken 1 hour before)

But first I´ve to try my other routines so until 5 months I won´t try this protocol (although I like to have all planed and written in my excel sheet)

I had an experience where I was trying an experiment with a blue brocolli elastic and left the damned thing on while jammed with my band for three hours.

My unit was huge and purple when I finally noticd and slightly cold, but the thing had to have been over 7.5x7 before I noticed.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
