Experimental new type of clamping: journal of development

I find I’m wearing this adjustable rubber thingy almost constantly. It’s unnoticeable when I’m ‘relaxed’, and already at the right tightness when I’m ‘firm’, so no need to reach down and fiddle with it. Much firmness occurs while sleeping, as I mentioned earlier. Otherwise, it’s ready for a quick clamping session at any time during the day. Plus, it’s much easier to get it close to the body than a hard cable clamp is. One final advantage: it’s also great for sex.

I’m maintianing noticeable flacced girth. (I’ve never bothered with my flaccid stats, as they vary too much.) No discernible gains in erect girth, but then, it’s only been a couple of weeks.

It my belief that if it doesn’t produce a change in a week (two at the most) you really won’t get one.

Have you measured erect girth?

If there is no gains, it may well be that this isn’t enough force for you to see changes.

Continue as long as you want, but if you want to try something else, give this a try;

heat for 15 minutes…then clamp for 5 minutes…THEN use your adjustable ring to try and maintain it as long as possible WITHOUT discoloration or coldness.

Obviously you won’t maintain 100%, but even 80% I believe would be good.

I think there is an apx 30 minute requirement to stimulate growth (my theory), but 30 minutes of full pressure clamping will do too much damage for most guys and cause fibrosis…not to mention oxygen deprivation which will also cause fibrosis.

So, I think the 30 minute requirement can be met with the 5 minutes of high pressure clamping and at least 25 additional minutes at moderate forces.

I think at low to moderate forces…holding some of the expansion for a few hours, or all day CAN do good things also, as long as the force isn’t causing tissue irritation.

This will stall the healing and growth phase ( my current theory).

Anyway, just my current thoughts.

Yeah… I’ve had some problems with keeping my libido up. It’s probably stress related. So I’m putting myself on some supplements, taking a short break, and starting again as soon as I get them. From there on, I’m gonna break it down very simply: 30 minutes of manual stretching every day, followed by 3 hours of ADS with moderate forces. In the afternoon, 30 minutes of clamping with a cloth clamp followed by 3 hours of ADC (basically, getting a clamp session whenever I get a spontaneous erection). This should work since I’ll probably be horny as hell while on the supplements. The overall idea is to apply constant moderate forces that never let up. Day by day, bit by bit, this should start adding up very quickly. I’ll also be wearing a cloth clamp while I sleep, on a relatively loose setting.

This is in contrast to the usual PE methodology, which causes scarring, which then causes toughening and therefore increased resistance and slowing gains the further one goes along.

Nothing major to report. I’m still sleeping with constriction. Flaccid improvements are still obvious every day. My erect girth is increasing, but as I also use other techniques, and I don’t measure very often, I can’t really say how much to attribute to this one technique. However, I continue because it’s ‘free’ :-) I.e., no extra time and effort required. And because I believe minimal continued stress does encourage steady growth, vs. temporary intense stress (your typical PE workout). Maybe one technique is better than the other. I’d like to think both are worthwhile. Overall, I believe keeping the tissues flexible for as long as possible is the optimal approach.

Yohimbe, maca, saw palmetto, and gingko. Plus, I’m taking a comprehensive mutli-vitamin/mineral complex every day for all-round health.

So what are the options for this prolonged, moderate intensity clamping? Air clamp? Cloth? Adjustable cock ring? Rubber cock ring? What do you people think is best for this approach?

On a semi-related note: Wouldnt an adjustable cock ring be perfect for clamping, ADC, and maintaining a slight engorgement throughout the day? Sorry if im missing something obvious as to why its not…

Sure, I don’t see any reason why not. We just haven’t bothered using one. So far, I’ve used a cloth strip and a piece of elastic material because it’s what I have laying around the house.

I would like to add something… After a normal session I’ve often let the clamp be on with a loose tense for an hour.
I get best expansion after this kind of workout. I believe this might be a new PE discover, but I will wait for more results before testing it myself.

Short update, guys…

From April 20th to May 5th I didn’t do any PE whatsoever - I was stressed out and had a ton of work to do. I started again on May 6, more intensively this time.

Over my rest period, my girth gains and length gains shrank back somewhat. On May 6 I started out at about 6.3 x 5.4 erect and 4.5 x 4.5 flaccid. Over the past 8 days, I’ve had a lot of free time, so I’ve been PEing 3-4 hours a day, most of it ADC/ADS type stuff with moderate force. I’m trying to stick to the experiment as closely as possible.

Today I had an off day, which means only 30 minutes of relatively soft clamping/engorgement with a cloth clamp in the morning. In just 8 days I’ve noticed impressive flaccid gains in both length and girth, and some gain in erect length and girth, although not much (which is OK since it’s only been 8 days so far anyway).

Right now, as I’m sitting here typing this, I’m hanging at 5.5 x 5.25 flaccid. The flaccid gains haven’t really translated in much erect gains yet (about 6.4 x 5.625) but I’m guessing if I keep my dick in an enlarged flaccid state, erect gains should start to catch up eventually.

Notes: I’m working girth more than length, I should probably start working manual stretches a lot more to balance out. Also, I’m keeping a detailed daily log in Excel format which I will post on this thread once the experiment is over.

Boys: First of all, I´m not a newbie. I´ve been in the PE “busieness” for almost 4 years, with great results. One of you said you use a rubber. For clamping, I mean. What I use for clamping is a piece of an elastic bandage, those 3” wide elastic bandages that you find in any drug store.

Regarding PE, first I used that to stretch my scrotum. That is: the ballsack, so your balls may hang much lower than normal.

Do try the elastic bandage for clamping. Believe me, it´s very effective (if you´re not a newbie).

Updated progress report: I’ve been convinced the extended but low pressure boners will result in gains and tried clamping, but too much attention was needed to maintain 40-80% wood on my 50 year old dick. So I began using my pump 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I did 16 x 10 minute sessions, all very low pressure. Zero fluid build. Length gains are visible but girth seemed to be at a standstill. I wrapped a cloth tape around my morning wood and was surpised to see a 5.25” girth, compared to my normal 5”. This was not quite midshaft, but not exactly at the base either, just near the end of where I’m packing the tube.

Trying to work up to 3+ hours total tube time per day.

Bottom line is lots of anticipation for my official measuring date, 6/1.
I’ll keep you all posted.

It must (IMO) be adjustable, so AC and adjustable CR are good choices. I’m a big fan of the ACR and have one with me pretty much all the time.
