What are the exact guidelines of the experiment, I haven’t heard of it.
It is a few guys, that have been doing PE for quite awhile, trying out different routines and ideas. We kinda want to stick with guys that have some experience and are able to do comparisons of their old routines and their new ones.

pefollower, In a couple of months, you will have a lot more experience (if you continue with PE) and can possibly be one of the participants on the next one, if there is another one. This one is still extremely disorganized with no real defined purpose or criteria, the WTC thing kind of took the wind out of it’s sails. Here are a couple of links for threads on another forum, that will give you an idea of what this thing started out to be.
Does this experiment limit itself to hand exercises only? Or, is stretching and passive girth exercises (extended wrapping) included as viable? If so, I’ll be able to participate withing the next week. Let me know here or send me a pm or email.

I am a 19 month veteran, with limited gains, although they are permanent. Stretch, jelq, squeeze, and now the bib hanger.
I just gave you access to the experiment forum. The present one is slowly losing all of it’s participants. Perhaps we can get another one going soon.
I finally got around to joining Thunder’s place. As you know I’ve been experimenting since the word go, and it’s been working well. I’d like to join the pvt forum to share my experiment of random rest days and short workouts.
