hey guys. The cream I use is not a cream, it’s a serum, so it’s highly concentrated. The one I buy is a small container of 30ml. I only apply just a bit on the discolored area 2 times a day (right after my routine and at night). I have been using it for about 2 months now and I see some improvement. The thing is, I haven’t stopped PEing. But I haven’t gotten any discoloration since. That’s why I think it’s a great complement for PE as well as wrapping.

Okay so I just did a jelqing session and my normal girth is 4.5 midshaft. I got it up to 5 inches midshaft during the session and it is still measuring 5 even after the session. It is undoubtedly fluid buildup but I am thinking we need this in order to make girth gains. I believe that you must see this kind of expansion each session if you want to make any kind of girth gains.

I was just looking in the mirror and couldn’t help but laugh at how big my dick looked.

P.S. I apply bio-oil post session which seems to get rid of the tiny red dots quicker.

Starter, I thought the same thing about mine for so damn long but tonight I tried something different.

Each jelq I did I would grip pretty hard, but not too hard at the base (ok grip), and each jelq I did would last about 30 seconds. I did about 30 of them. Your dick will really start to swell if you are doing it correctly.

I think some of us are in the same boat here. I have clamped off and on for about year and half now. I only gain about 1/4” during my sets.

I have(in the past) done multiple sets of intense clamping for upwards of 15 minutes each set. No matter what I tried, my girth would sit right at 5.5”

Lately, I’ve been clamping very lightly w/out clamping down too tightly. I still get that 1/4” expansion immediately, then nothing.

After reading this thread earlier in the day, decided to “blow my dick up” to push the envelope a bit. I think I did 4 sets of 15 plus minutes w/ 2 clamps. Got great pressure, but only got to about 5 10/16ths or so. So in effect, only net gain of 6/16ths while clamped.

Some of us have to accept that girth will always be an absolute MF’er to achieve.

That’s just one of those things I guess. Perhaps it’s to do with having good erection quality without the clamp,so wearing one doesn’t require me to clamp down too hard to achieve good expansion, so lessening the risk of discoloration? Perhaps it’s just luck?

I noticed when I experimented with pumping a while back that I doscoloured pretty quickly, which put me off the exercise. The problem with clamping is that after the initial method is put forward, it’s difficult to gauge one man’s technique/success to the next - unless we were all clamping in the same room at once!

Optimal, I don’t think clamping has added much length by itself. I still hang regularly, but my length gains have slowed even more than my girth gains. I realize I have toughened up my unit a lot in the last few months and need to take a break. Then I can add a little more to both dimensions.

I’ve modeled a clamping routine after drilla, BigGirtha, and some other misc. posts out there. Aside from my routine, the things that helped expansion were;

I’m 6 inch erect base girth and use a medium(orange) cable clamp from Home Depot.

Clamping at the extreme base: I would wrap the section the clamp would go on snugly while flaccid and then apply the clamp just so that it engages (still lose). At this time I slide the wrap/clamp down the shaft, pulling skin and penile tissue through the clamp. Now I close the clamp until 4 clicks remain and get an erection, once the erection reaches a level I like I clamp down one to two more clicks. (I adjust between 2 and 3 clicks remaining as I feel is necessary during the session).

I’ve found that applying a clamp to an already erect shaft doesn’t produce the expansion that this method gives.

My sessions include random amounts and durations of clamping sets which range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes and from two sets to five or six sets. Sometimes I use multiple clamps. And certain clamp durations/tightness’ I am experimenting with are aimed at recreating the conditions during a pirapsism causing megalophallus without pain.

**I’m still testing this, so I recommend a one hour-ish three set routine.**
