Exercises and Changes to Penis Shape
I thought it may be useful to compile an easy reference for people on changing their penis shape in two ways:
(1) Between a cylinder, cone, baseball bat, or hourglass shape. For clarity, cylinder has equal base, mid, and upper shaft girth, cone has progressively lower, baseball bat has progressively higher, and hourglass has a lower MSEG.
(2) By expanding either the CS or CC in particular.
What exercises have changed your penis shape, and in what way?
-Jelqing: Upper shaft girth and only the CC in particular grew for me, leading to a baseball bat effect.
-Pumping: A bit of everything, but I particularly noticed upper CS growth.
-Clamping: A bit of everything but particularly base girth for me (due to my own wrapping technique) and glans girth/growth. I predict most clampers experience mostly CS growth (as well as most successful gainers in girth, but that’s another issue).
-Swinging weights: This caused a pronounced and exclusive gain in base girth.
