Excel Tracking Sheet
I got an idea. Could someone who is good in Microsoft Excel
design the ultimate sheet were you can track your progress? I know it
is simple if you know how to do it, but I don’t :) It would be more motivating
to do PE if you could track your progress in a more appealing way.
Grafts and stuff should be included. Why not call it “thunders tracking
sheet” or something like that? :) Maybe this has been discussed earlier?
Lets say one that includes:
Jelquing (girth etc.)
Schema: (Mon-Sun. Weeks/Months/Years)
H = Hanging.
Time T= 20 min.
Intensity I = 10 kg. Or 1,5 kg related to an ADS.
Day of week. And How things add up during the year…
Okey you get the point…
