His question seemed clear enough to me… lol.

There may only be two types of ways to enlarge the penis, but there are many different exercises to incorporate these types in various ways.


Currently doing manual stretches, jelqing and starting ULI's. Still trying to lower my tight and very high erection angle.

BPEL: 6.2 inches / NBPEL: 5.7 inches / EG: 4.5 inches

My purpose was to say that you can pull with tension, the only difference would be the angle, how the tension is applied (by hanger, hand, etc), and other variables. People call the same thing three different things and often people get confused.
We have pressure also. This is just a matter of how it is applied. For example a squeeze creates a higher pressure internally than externally between the two points where pressure is applied. A pump creates lower perssure around the penis that is inside the tube.

Just wanted to say that we often complicate things way more than needed. However, variations of tension and pressure are needed for best results.
