Hi everybody

I think many of you remember a guy called Girth King or Aristocane. He showed up with some pics of his very enlarged girth. He got banned finally because of a fake account.
He used to do clamping 3x10 minutes, only short breaks between the sets, with a maximum expansion possible, under constant heat. He did that every day, without rest days, for a period of 2-4 weeks.
After performing some of these 2-4 week periods, his girth (and his discoloration) was unbelievable. He claimed he gained in every 2-4 wk period.

As tried some routines before to improve girth, and nothing worked, I thought: Give Girth King’s routine a try.

I did exactly 3 weeks, 3x10 minutes, maximum intensity, under constant IR heating. With a short warm-up, it took me almost one hour, every evening, for 3 weeks.

I measured often during the workouts. The expansion increased in every set. In numbers (cm): 11,4 flaccid, 12,0 first set, 12,2 second set, 12,4 third set.

During the first week, erections were very strong and easy to achieve.
Second week, erections were a bit more difficult to get, but the maximum expansion increased to 12,5.
Third week, erections were sometime hard to get, and I had to use some heavy porn. Maximum expansion was 12,6.

Results after 3 weeks of every day high-intensity clamping:

11,4 girth. Gained: 0

I cannot believe that. What do you think about it?
Did anybody try this kind of routine with more success?

Seems like you didn’t do exactly as aristo did it, because your expansion (throughout the 3 sets) is about 0.5 cm
Aristocane mentioned expansions more than an inch (2,5 cm + , fluid build-up included)
So I think your sets weren’t as “extreme” as aristo’s..

I tried it myself after aristo’s banning, and posted the thread at the “progress reports,personal routines” section.

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

I had read your post before I did my trial, and it encouraged me to see it worked for others as well.

I also noticed his expansion was huge, 1”+. My expansion was maximum 1.2 cm (half an inch), from 11.4 to 12.6.

How much maximal expansion did you get?

Wait a second, at your first set you say it’s 11,4 cm flaccid. So I assumed , anyway..
Allright, so you had about 1,2 cm expansion. That should have been enaugh.

My max. was about 1 inch too, but I have to say a portion of that is from fluid build up.
If you are comfortable with it, try increasing the pressure a little . Use your hands to sequeeze, it forces way more than the clamp can.
And I suggest you limit your ejaculations, to 1/week during the process. Try again and see where it goes. I did it that way.

I’m another tester of this routine.

My maximum expansion has ranged between .75”-1.25”. Depending on motivation and time since last ejaculation as to how easy it is to increase engorgement.

As you can imagine this is through very intense clamping.

After 3 sets of 15mins I do have a bit of fluid buildup but this usually subsides in an hour or so and I still have a meaty hang.

Sacred, how long have you been doing the routine? Is it too early to tell the results?

I would say that I’ve seen some gains in length, though not so much in girth which is surprising from a clamping routine.

Sorry for not being precise. I meant I am 11,4 cm EG without a clamp. 1.2 cm expansion is about 10% of my girth - I think it is amazing that you and Sacred achieved 1 inch expansion.
Maybe I should cut down ejaculations. While I tested the routine, I had sex about every other day.

So you are doing this routine for about five weeks now, with a medium expansion of 1 inch in the last set, and you did not gain girth either? I think it is very important to do some accurate measuring. Without, we will not be able to tell if a routine really works.

how about disoloration? I was afraid of it because aristocanes discoloration is massive. But mine did not get worse during the routine.

I have some slight discoloration. Much less than aristo’s. (uniform and lighter)

For me aristo was not just girth king, but he was a king of “pressure” too :) . I haven’t yet seen anything comparable.

But to be honest, you really don’t need that much. A moderate level workout is better: you gain in a more stable way, but takes longer time. Just nice.

Yea, I agree with Kaan. Moderation is better/safer. Though I have been going to extremes.

My discolouration is not so bad, can be noticed in the head more since my penis was brown to begin with. The skin looks like its been through a hard time, though I attribute this as much to intense stretching as clamping.

I think I may have CEMENTED my girth at 6.5” base and 6” midshaft - as it was not cemented before - through this routine (4 clamps pushing blood more longitudally while also increasing midshaft and head girth slightly, but not base girth). Girth gains may come, however the fact that my penis has stretched a little may be the reason for no increase in girth.
I think I have cracked how I can gain the girth in the places that havent been gaining from my previous routines - 2clamps instead of 4 and 30 minute jelq sessions did the trick for me.

However I will continue with the 4 clamp method until I see no more gains, because I am facinated how I have gained length and want to see how much more I can get out of the routine.

What have been your experiences concerning time? Would you say 3x10 minutes for 3 weeks is optimum, or did you change the original routine?

Not sure yet, perhaps about 6.5” midshaft. I’d like to get to 6” just under my head which will prove quite tough and in doing so I think the other sections will obviously get bigger. I may end up getting to like 7.5” at base, 6.5” midshaft and 6” at the head given my current proportions.

I’m not actually seeking girth as such, I just think it coms to me naturally…
