Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know any other exercises besides kegels for better erections? Ones that con make you snap to attention in a seconds notice?

Some say that jelquing and other manual PE may help to clear out the vascular tissue and enable better (faster?) erections. Are your erections always slow, or mainly when you’re with a woman? In the latter case, of course, it’s probably largely an anxiety thing.

If you truly want to “snap to attention in a second’s notice,” though, you’ll need to look into this:

Hi,

I don’t want to snap to attention that bad, that looks terrible. I get fast errections most of the time, sometimes I do get nervous with women, but this is a psychological thing like you said. I also think it comes from watching lots of porn when younger, things that should be really exciting are less exciting because I have seen tham a lot before. I wouldn’t consider erections a problem of mine though, because I can always get it up, just wondering about improving them, because I think this goes hand in hand with PE.

In that case, I’d say you’re in pretty good shape. I think you will find that PE does improve your erections, no matter what program you adopt, as long as you do it healthily. I sympathize with the porn situation — try staying away for a while.
