I’m brand new to this forum and this is my very first post, so excuse me if I seem a little out of place. Are there any exercises or routines that I can do to help me gain an erection faster or quicker, get a harder erection, and have it last longer? Any information would be greatly appreciated and you guys have a great site.

They do help a lot but I really can’t explain the details of why. Maybe one of the VETS will help you out.

When your pc muscle is strong enough, it allows you to semi clamp off the drainage veins, so blood is flowing into your penis faster than out of. Result is a harder, firmer, stronger erection.

Jelqing will also improve penile vascular health. Most who pe report higher quality erections than pre-pe, most probably from kegels and jelqing.
