Erections, Flaccid Hang & Endurance
I’ve recently started a clamping routine. Within the first week I gained 1/8” and then another 1/16” in the second week. During these first two weeks I clamped every day. After feeling myself stall at the end of the second week, I backed off the clamping and switched to some jelqing in the third week. I only clamped once and actually hit a new high for expansion. I was out of town over the weekend and took three days off completely. I’ve clamped Monday-Wednesday of this week and am getting less expansion than the new high I hit the previous week. It’s actually a hair less than my average coming off of the second week and hasn’t improved.
Strong, frequent erections
Consistently improving expansion in the clamp and endurance between sets
Very weak erections
Stalling expansion and no endurance
This is consistent with what has happened to me. Before you say that I need a break, I want to point out that when I grew, I was clamping every day, sometimes multiple times per day. Now, immediately after taking three days off, the most since resuming this routine, all my PIs are terrible. Can anyone speculate on why this might be?
I’ve got one other thing to add that could be a factor. Before starting this routine, I masturbated the previous two days. Before that, I hadn’t masturbated in an entire month (just to see if I could). I was also not looking at porn at all. I’ve recently been looking at porn while clamping just to help with the weak erections. I’m just tossing this out as a possibility, but maybe I pushed a little too hard and depleted myself sexually, so-to-speak.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
