Guys every time I tried to retake on my PE routine my erections quality goes very very down!! I followed sparkys advice and take a break, my erection quality improve a lot better! But every time I tried to take my routine the thing repeat again! I know I am over training, but I only do 5 min of manual stretch and 5 min of jelq!! Any help?

That’s not overtraining.

Try pushing on, rather than taking a break. Try a 5/2 regime change and check your erection quality on your last day off.

I seriously doubt you are overtraining too. Erection quality goes down due to the fact that the tissues, in the process of being stretched, are yielding from one shape and ceding to another. Unless you’re still in your teens and just get raging wood, then there’s going to be a little, “softening” of your erection as your cock stretches into a new shape. The only thing I have found which effectively combats this is kegeling and edging- both are toning exercises which increase erection quality. If you want to keep raging wood through the PE process then you have to kegel alongside your routine- make time for it just like you do for your jelq/stretches and you’ll do just fine. good luck with it.

Maybe your penis is not used to it ? Just keep at it, and eventually you won’t have that problem.

Yep. I remember a period of a few months while I was clamping. It was really “hard” to get an erection. I had to push my brains fantasizing abilities to it’s limits.


Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Try doing some cardiovascular exercise: jogging, cycling, sports, etc. It will dramatically improve your circulation, I’m sure I heard that doctors recommend this. Also a study showed that eating RAW garlic cured erectile dysfunction in a 60% of the participants.

SirJelqAlot makes a good point. I would also focus on Kegels, if I were you.

With that said, I disagree with the previous posts in this thread. It is my belief that if your erections are weaker, you’re overtraining. Period. PE should leave your penis harder, not softer. The fact is, some men need a lot less than others. If I were you, I’d try a really light routine. Here is a good one:

I’d do it 1 day on 2 days off until I showed positive PI’s.

I do boxing and running! I am very athletic, that not my problem!

I think I am overtraining because I did in the past 3 months of PE and stop because I was having problems with my GF, erection problems, and I am only 21!

Well, yes, but you have poor erection quality—a really harmful negative PI. You say this is only when you try to PE, correct?

If you always experience poor erection quality, then it could be caused by outside factors (certain drugs, diabetes, and even heart disease). But, if this is only when you PE, then my suggestion still stands—use a lighter routine. PEing through poor erection quality isn’t healthy. In fact, it is my belief that it’s dangerous. (Just my suggestion, though).

As Mem said, that isn’t overtraining.

But what are you doing to your cock during those 10 minutes? Does the stretching or the jelking ever feel uncomfortable? Neither one should. In fact, good PE should not ever hurt. It should be stimulating. This (PE) isn’t a No Pain, No Gain game.

Every jelq rep I do a kegel,so I do three hundred 1 second kegels every other day.

You’ve gotten some good advice here. Yes…growth is the ultimate and final PI, but its unusual to have growth AND decreased EQ.

The problem with things like “jelquing” is how do you convey forces to be used? One guy might do it moderately or gently, while another might be damn near ripping his dick off!!!

I think for many who are slightly over training can “work through it”, just keep going and their conditioning improves and it then is the right amount. Like if you first start jogging, and your legs get sore but in a few days it goes away.

I think for guys like you, where a seemingly small amount of PE is showing negative PIs, the best approach might be to ease up on the force you are using, use a lighter grip and less intense stretch and see if the PIs get better.

The other approach is to PE on alternate days. You might want to try both and see what one is better for you.
