Help guys, please.

Lately, probably the past few months. I have had no real desire to jerk off, no real noticeable sex drive, weak erections, bad flaccid size, etc.

I don’t know what the problem is, or what to do about it. I have been hanging exclusively and for some reason my unit has just gone WAY downhill.

Let things settle down and get your mind on other things like work or hobbies, etc. Make sure you’re weenie working tho.. even if not up to spec… just make sure you can get erections… then you should be fine… the sex drive will come back.

I think PE gets you thinking less about sex or masturbating sometimes than normal. You may have overworked yourself. Your body will heal.

Rest, relax and enjoy a jerk if you feel like it… just don’t worry about your size right now… make sure you’re functioning properly.

All the signs you have indicate that a big BREAK is due now! When PE is being successful, your sex drive should be strong, your erections solid and your dick should be growing, either erect or flaccid. Rest from PE for awhile, relax, and your dick will return to normal.

This is the deal. You go overboard on your PE. Your expectations are high and you try to reach them too fast. Your cock is black and blue and that is not a position to grow from, only recover. Take a lot of time off and let your cock heal. Then start off with a program of moderation. I would recommend manual exercises and not the Power-jelq. By now you should know that old habits don’t work and a new back to basics routine is in order.

I did 2 months of length-only work and ended up feeling the same way. So I took a week off and came back on a light jelqing routine 4 days a week. After a few weeks the flaccid was back, as were the erections.

I would recommend dropping hanging for a while.

I’ve been there…take everyone’s advise, take off a good two to three weeks, then buy a supplement like Horny Goat Weed, MaxRx, whatever…something to give your sex drive a serious boost, then kick if off again…but whatever you do, take it slow and easy…I’ve seen this happen a million times at the gym; some guy comes in, busts his ass 5-6 times a week and gets frustrated he doesn’t have gains and even looses size…the body needs time to recover and heal to grow…

Funny you should mention it! I was about to write a post concerning this myself as this is an issue bothering me a LOT as well. I`ve been PE`ing since August 2003, first the newbie routine gradually increasing intensity. A month before christmas I started hanging and since then my erections have not been GREAT, and when you mention it, my sex drive isn`t as high as it should be either. I`m 19 years for christ sake, I`m supposed to have a STONE hard boner 26 hours a day:-) Even when trying to get a real hard on it`s like I never get it any harder than 90 %. Watching porn and such prior to my PE career, my erections sometimes was so strong it was almost painful, I miss this. Strange thing is that I don`t consider myself overtrained either. My routine has been pretty light compared to other hangers at this board. 60 minutes a day 5 days a week. Lately I`ve been increasing my hanging time trying to work up till I reach 10 hours a week but as stated my erections were lacking way before that.

Due to a numbness incident I decided to take a week off, should I perhaps extend this to two weeks? I hate taking time off but it will perhaps do good. And also to mention, I hang exclusively and never do any jelqing except 10 minutes between sets and 10 minutes after the final set. My dick is always cooler during a set but it`s not ice cold, I think I have normal circulation.

Hey, I had similar problems! I had problems sustaining an erection, getting 100% erections etc.. In this period I was only hanging and doing very halfhearted dry jelqing which i then considered sufficient.

I then quit hanging and started wet jelqing and different manual stretches. I started getting back to a normally functioning penis :)

I think that both the brake from hanging and the jelqing helped me to get better circulation and of course it gave me a brake from the hanging. And I feeø the manual stretches has helped me cement my gains.

Listen to the guys. You need a break from PE’ing for a bit. Also, schedule a physical with your doctor for a check up. I would suggest a blood test for T levels. That can also cause a decrease in drive, desire and performance.

Lame Size, changing girlfriends isn’t always the answer.

Everyone already mentioned the break, so that’s a given. You haven’t mentioned 2 things that usually effect my drive.. Jerking off and porn. Too much of either tends to sap my desire to PE or have sex. No jerking for 2 weeks, doctor’s orders. I power-jelq, using it to clamp and pull more blood into the penis. My nightly wood is so hard it usually wakes me up.

For poor flacid hangs.. Morning jelq in the shower + piss pulls throughout the day.
