I’ve got a small problem here, and I was wondering if anyone could help me. Whenever I masturbate, or wake up in the morning or whatever, I have no trouble getting erections. When I’m with my girlfriend, I have some trouble keeping one for longer than about ten seconds.
I used to think this was performance anxiety, and perhaps it still is, to some degree. However, I know part of the problem is that she’s not that experienced, and while I’m working on the communication thing with her on what to do, she’s not too great at some things, so I basically am trying to will an erection to come.
I am in love with her, and she is fun in all sorts of ways, so this isn’t a relationship-breaking thing, I’m sure she’ll get better as time goes on. However, I do sort of shield her by taking blame, saying it’s just me, performance issues, whatnot, to save her feelings while we connect more. As such, I think trying to will the erections to come is leading to part of my partial performance anxiety.
Okay, now that the long-winded background is over, I was wondering if anyone is aware of any foods, natural or otherwise, that I can eat more of that promote longer and harder erections. I don’t want Viagra or anything like that, because it’s expensive and I don’t want to develop a mental crutch on the stuff. If anyone has any suggestions of stuff I can but at a normal supermarket, that would be fantastic, because while the brain is willing, so to speak, the flesh isn’t always listening. Thanks.
