Erect stretching..how to do it???

I was wondering about the rigth technique to perform erect stretchs… where am I supposed to grip the penis?? how have I to pull it?? I tried to do it by pulling my fully erect dick grippint it around the glans but it hurted and also it was very uncomfortable… any advices?? and most important..is this exercise effective and ,if yes, what’ s its purpose?


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

Don’t do it!

Only do flaccid stretches. Your chances of an injury is far far higher stretching erect.

I agree erect stretches are wrong, but that is current problem I have after I do some stretching especially after stretching upwards I get a boner and can’t get rid of it..

I am now stretching with a half boner 50 percent or so erection.. I know I’m not supposed to be no choice I can’t get it all the way flaccid. I hope I don’t hurt myself with stretching with 50 percent erection.

weel i’ts better notto do them after hearing all your advices then… but I’m just curiosu to know how to grip the erect penis when performing this weird exercise..

:) It’s not a weird exercise. Grab your weenier a pull it out. Try gripping behind the glands, about an inch to a half inch.

I’ve heard that using toilet paper is good to use to grip. Check out the video’s on here if you are unsure how the exercises are done.

There is no video because Erect Stretching is dangerous. Just as there is no video of pounding your erection with a sledge hammer.

It is also, well, basically no point.

Having been around the internet for a while and once coming across BME championships, I think this statement is sadly not true :)

actually this exercise looks stupid and nonsense to me… this is why I was curious to know more about it..but I now know enough to never do it :D

I would chime in and also say “don’t do it.” I sorta have to alternate between demotivating and motivating my dick, so not in the same category. I know when I need to think about it needing to go down I imagine that the next stroke I’m going to hear a pop and it’s going to turn all black and blue and be broken forever. For some reason that makes my erection state go down :) .

I’d recommend having a look at the thread named “calling dance”. He just received an injury doing erect stretches.
