Erect bending gains

Hi all hope everyones fine,

I was just wondering how much everyone has gained who has done erect bending.I have just started to do it and it feels like it really works the penis more than stretching and hanging.Please could you let me know so that I have a good idea of what is achievable with this technique.Thankyou.

Erect bends are for gaining girth, not length. You can gain a good amount of girth if you do say 50-100 jelqs, then do erect bends. Then start it over til you feel its enough for you.

Some dudes swear by erect bends. Any theories as to why they work?

Theory: when fully erect, the tunica is maxed out, by (carefully) bending the penis, you’re stretching the tunica in specific places in a way that cannot quite be duplicated by stretching - in other words, they are very concentrated, isolated stretching forces being placed at various points of the tunica.

Nice explanation. Does that not mean that bends should be conducted all over the penis Wadzilla?


7th Feb - JUDGEMENT DAY

Another theory: When you do erect bends while not 100% erect, you compress the tissue on one side of the penis. Since you trap the blood with an ok-grip inside the penis, this compression should lead to more blood pressure in the other parts of the penis. This should have the same effect as jelquing, but you can also target the lower part of the penis. The pressure increase leads to a widening of the veins and thus to girth gains.

A good way to do that are what are called Sadsak Slinky’s as seen Thunder’s Place Video Series

In this exercise, the engorged penis is bent and manipulated like a slinky, moving a bend from the bottom to the top of the shaft.

If you think about the physics of an erect bend..you’ll notice that the cells on the inside of the curve are being compressed under pressure and the cells on the outside of the curve are being stretched under tension. Which of these forces do you think is causing the expansion? We know from an article published about plants that this similar type of stress caused stems to becomse thicker. The cells in a plant are entirely different….but assuming they expand under similar loads of stress than I guess it would work for penis enlargement huh? To tell you the truth we are all kinda just pulling this stuff out of our ass. The only thing I worry about is there seems to be more pain associated with erect bends. I would just make sure that your entire tissue is good and hot- from a warmup…so not to damage the cells….but then again what the hell do I know either…

Obviously, erect bends should only be done with extreme care. Never force or jerk the penis while erect. Ease into each bend, and do not push it violently, like you’re digging out reps in BB curls or something like that.

I think you guys have offered good theories about the physiology of bends - inner curve compression, outer curve stretching, doing bends at various points of the penis, etc.

I think bends are probably a good finishing exercise - like DB concentration curls….it really isolates the tunica & is good to do when you’ve become erect from your workout.

I do my erect bends a little different. I use my right hand like I start an uli from the base with a jelqgrip. With my left hand I use my thumb for counter pressure at the topside just under my right hand’s index finger at the other side. Then I bend down as hard as possible and use my loose uncut skin to glide the bend to my glans, next I either glide back or start over.

I do the same with bending up except that I turn around my right hand for an underhand grip with my little finger at the base.

I don’t know if I’m getting any gains from it yet.

Will erect bends cause your penis to gain girth in some areas but not others? I’ve been staying away from erect bends because the girth of my penis is basically the same from top to bottom. It seems to me that bends would cause only some areas of the penis to expand and not others and I really want to keep my girth the same all over.

The belief is that the area that you bend is the area that will grow. According to this belief, if you wanted uniform growth you would bend each section of the shaft equally. The rolling bend makes this a pretty simple task.

This rolling bend sounds like it would work. I can imagine what you’d do. Do you just say bend beneath the head and then kind of roll the bend so it ends at the base? How long should the roll last? Should I bend downwards and then also upwards? Have you (or other people) done this and does it really give uniform girth?

When I do it the roll lasts about 3 seconds from one end to the other.

There seems to be mixed feelings regarding the effectiveness (and safety) of these bends. I personally havn’t gained from them, but I’m a hard gainer so it doesn’t say much.
