EQ and length

So I am wondering if anyones erection quality has lessened with their increase in length? Are there exercises strictly for EQ?

I didn’t think about this earlier, but since I haven’t been doing the kegels is it possible this is the contributing factor to a loss in EQ?

I think EQ is a combination of your degree of recovery from your lastest PE and the strength of the muscles involved in kegels.

If you completely recover from the stress of your PE (smooth muscles contract when traumatized, and need to relax to allow an erection) and your BC or PC or IC or whatever muscles increase intercavernosal pressure, are very strong, you will get great EQ.

If you never allow your smooth muscles to recover from the stress, so they can relax completely, and your kegel muscle group is either weak or unrecovered from too much exercise, your EQ will suffer.

It can suffer to the point of impotence…but the good news is its temporary, no damage is done.

An easy way to determine what your case of poor EQ is to take about 7 days off. If you are greatly overtrained, your EQ will greatly improve for about 7 days then peak and start to decline.

If you are greatly UNDERTRAINED, you won’t get much improvement or none at all during the 7 days. Good indictor of weak kegel muscles.

Well I took off for about a week and today I noticed I was hanging heavier and fuller. Plus my eq is better. I don’t want to start PE’ing right away as I’m concerned that I may be not ready to resume, but at the same time I want to get back into my routine of exercising.

My eq just went way down. I couldn’t get one up for 2 days straight so I decided to give PE a little break and now they’re getting better but still not back to full EQ.

Nick, try taking a week off from exercising completely and your dick will respond.so far I’ve been of for a week and my dick is looking and feeling healthier.

Stretching seems to ruin my EQ. When I was jelqing and mixing in ten minutes of stretching as filler only holding each stretch for ten seconds my EQ was awesome. Then I went to long hold stretching and longer durations and strangle jelqs and it ruined my EQ and became near impotent. I am still recovering and that was in December. My EQ is coming back now finally after a full week off from everything even sex. Going to give it another full week. But I am finally seeing spontaneous erections, night and morning wood regularly again. My unit its starting to feel healthy again thank golly. Before the stretching I used to have hardons that never went away all night. Last night was the first time even close to the old ways. I think stretching plays out a healthy unit. In my case anyway. I think the jelq with light stretching is a healthy way to pe.

When I first started my eq was not what it it now. I’m noticing much stronger hard-ons and my ejaculation volume has increased by at least 30% more. I wonder if those of us whom didn’t have great eq before PE are able to gain length/girth more quickly since there is more room for improvement in eq. What do y’all think?
