Thanks to the power of rubber gloves, my routine currently consists of 20 10-20 sec DLD blasters (mostly 20 sec, with no normal keggle) with 3 minutes of keggles beforehand and a little warm down with a wet towel just to stimulate blood flow again. Is this enough? I am going for length so I was wondering if this was enough? All opinions and recomendations are welcome. Thanks.
