Is this possible? I’ve only gained 1/8”, and it doesn’t seem to be increasing.

What’s your routine and history? Some people have found that with girth work less is more, you may be overtraining, or undertraining. Give as much detail as possible, or link to a progress thread if you have one.

Ditto on the routine. Try doing more fully erect work with ULIs.

How long have you been at it?

See the data in my signature. After two months I’ve only gotten .1 (about 1/8, like you) in girth, but from perusing the database, it seems that many people gain girth slowly, only some are quick. I’ll be happy with 0.1” every two months, if it keeps coming.


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Same here! I thought we had a nut on our hands. You may want to pick up some cable clamps and give them a try although I’m not sure of your routine now maybe you can post it for us to check out and maybe suggest some changes.

They sell them separate in Home depot get the orange ones in the electrical department. I don’t use padding and I don’t go below my balls in felt weird to me also.

What is the theory behind clamping? Do you just get a major erection and then clamp it? Or is something else involved?

Clamping is not for newbies you will hurt yourself if your dick is not tough from other exercises first you might even hurt yourself if it is tough. Clamps are extreme PE and you should be extremely careful. I get a full hard on and than kegel and clamp at the base at that point your dick should be bigger than it’s ever been now this is were it gets dangerous. While you dick is clamped and fully engorged you start to do some gentle squeezes but at the first feeling of pain stop right away. Remember you only have one dick and if you blow out a vein you could be out for a while at least 3 months or worse. Do a search for more clamping information the search feature is on the top right.
I have almost hurt myself already and my dick is like rawhide so be careful.

Hey 1/8 on an inch on girth isn’t bad. Say You gain 1/8 every two months, for the year that would be 3/4 of an inch, which is a huge difference in girth.

Dude, you definitely are not alone. I’ve gained only 0,1-0,2” in almost 7 months. It seems that those who got pretty good girth already (5”+) get it more easily. I think my tissues are so hard that no expansion is possible.


Before PE: NBPEL 5.50" x EG 4.30"

dobbelbock: very unlikely. You just have to keep trying new things. I have finally gotten .25 inch girth from squeezing and clamping under IR light (heat).


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
