EG vs. CEG

For those who have gained girth by way of clamping, which of EG gains or CEG(clamped erect girth) gains came first?

Did they come at the same time?

CEG. When I was clamping I always liked to measure at the end of the session clamped. Over time it would increase in measurement, and sometime after I would get an EG gain.
