Uh so like how long does everyone recommend for the heating and then cooling? Also how many reps and how long for the set in total? This sounds awesome I really hope it works I can’t take too long for my showers but if it say took like 5-10 min only I could definately try it out. I’d love .5” in 2 months do you think those were newbie gains or have you done this for awhile? Thanks.
