Effective new length exercise

You need the hot/cold effect only on the ligs if you stretch right?

So why not going under the shower with your hanger and put something waterproof over your dick/wrap/hanger and then alternate between warm and cold water focused on your ligs?

Or doing 3 minutes with ir lamp then 3 minutes with cold water or ice and so on until you take off your hanger(ending with cold water/ice or with ir?)

I think if anyone really tries it you should be very careful and take less weight than normal because I think this procedure would be some extra stress for your ligs.

Maybe I will try it today.

This hot/cold thing sounds intriguing.. But I am a newbie just picking up PE again, should I go for it? Or wait until my penis is more used to the stretching and then give the hot/cold thing a shot?

I have tried heating it in the microwave and cooling it off in the chest freezer. In both cases I was left with serious injuries at the base of my unit because I closed the door too hard. I think it did improve my flaccid hang though.

I’ve done that for a couple of weeks. The problem was only (in my case) that I couldn’t hold a good stretch for the entire cooling down period. Therefore, I always had to re-grip my fellow and gave way for shrinkage.

I guess, I’ll need an ads or hanger in order to overcome the issue with manual stretching. Furthermore, I heated up with a infrared light, that’s a good way to get the heat into the tissue. Cooling down I’ve always done in the shower with freezing water.

I think that this results in good gains given that the tissue is heated up properly before the stretch and the stretch held until the tissue has cooled down. That’s from my experience not as simple as it looks.

The cooling period lasts for maybe 15 seconds max. I just do about 20 repetitions of the exercise.

Try it with the captains wench and a bungee strap. Heat with the wench on your member and the bungee through the end loop

And stand or pull with the wench for god stretch jeat and cool heat and cool woooooooow

While I haven’t tried cooling down with cold water, I did try using ice about a month and half ago. I use an Auto-Extender for one hour each morning under an IR lamp after my workout and had read where if you ice down while stretched out it would help. Well I decided to try it for a month and see. For cooling I used a gel pack and would wrap my dick for the last five minutes of my hour. The first few days I was impressed, my dick was longer and fatter than before and I thought I was really onto something. Well by the end of two weeks my FL had gone down from an average of 5 1/2 to a tad less than 4 1/2, not just one day where I may have got a bad measurement but for several days in a row. My BPEL had not changed but I decided to quit the experiment right then. I went back to my usual workout and things got back to normal in about a week. My FL is now running between 5 1/2 and 5 3/4. This is just my experience with cooling and I may have taken it to the extreme by using 5 minutes of gel pack.

What you need to do is drill a hole in the freezer to accept your unit, then get an eskimo small enough to fit inside the freezer to pull it until it cools. Don’t forget to help the eskimo out once you’re done. (I wonder if the eskimo version of a blow job is called a nose job?) Anyway….

Not that I practise the cooling side of this process, but I would imagine that it’s only necessary to get the tissues out of the heat/plastic range and back to normal body temperature. I don’t see any benefit in ultra cooling it, as that would probably just trigger a retraction reflex. My guess is heat/stretch/hold would be sufficient.

I believe that cooling it causes the ligaments to contract. However, due to the force preventing them from contracting - they instead just stretch. This would apply to the cells in the tissues as well, I guess.

How long did it take you to get to 8,8 inches?

So is this safe for a newbie to experiment with or is this too detrimental to my new-to-PE penis?

I wouldn’t try it if you were a newbie, just in case. Erm… about 2 months to gain just over .5”

I couldn’t find it now if my life depended on it, but this reminds me of a method of PE callled “fire and ice” where you milk over a campfire and then rub snow over your cock. This was to be repeated over and over, it was so painfully simple it made sense.

I think there is some undiscovered knowledge in inflammatory responses, etc.
