Effect of faster healing on PE?

I believe everyone is different and we all heal differently as well. I believe that myself I heal quicker then most people and wonder what the effects of this could be in PE. If you heal quicker does it mean you will heal more quickly to your original size and it will be more difficult to cement your gains?

I wonder if anyone has any insight in this? By any means I am no wolverine but I have gone many years without being sick once and the times that I did get sick I would get sick and get better within 8 hours or less. I also never seem to get any infections (without using any treatment) and the many wounds I have gotten always healed quickly. As I mentioned I am no superhuman but I do notice that some people heal more quickly and have much better resistance.

I wonder what the effect on PE are when having a better or worse resistance and a better or worse healing mechanism?

I’m not sure, I wish i knew though, whether healing faster would hurt gains by “fixing” all the stress/damage done during the routine, or would it promote gains by faster healing in the enlarged state?

Exactly, that’s what I am wondering.

Haha, I have been wondering the same thing. The way I like to look at it is the same way muscle gets broken down and rebuilt. Some people put on muscle easier then others etc etc.

Why to your original size? If (and this is an hypothesis, actually) gains are based on healing, the faster you heal, the faster the gains.

Solution: after PE, keep your unit in its enlarged state as long as you can; ie. ADS, golf rings, autoxleeve, jelly cockring, etc

I guess that will depend then on if I let it heal turteled or let it heal while in engorged state. So it can be either positive or negative depending what I do about it.

Vets seems to agree that turtling does not harm gains. Years ago, the idea that doing PE is somewhat like breaking a bone and making it heal in extended state was somewhat popular; nowadays very few people would look at PE this way. Although PE is different than training muscles, weight training and PE are more similar than PE and lengthening bones. Many do see spurt of gains whilst on a deconditioning break, for example.

Breaking down any tissue will result in inflammation and new tissue being built to bride the break. Effectively the tissue grows larger each time, regardless.
