I recently took to edging once a week after my PE session for around 15-20 minutes because I notice my EL is a little bigger by the time I’ve gone for that amount of time. Thus, maybe the penis would heal in a longer state and a gain would be created. However, I’m also wondering whether all that masturbating would be counterproductive after a PE session and undo all the good it’s done.

Any opinions?

Kind of a lite version of clamping with some milking to polish things off? I’ve been finishing with a light, single hanging set. I think that the last thing you do in each session is probably the most important because that’s the point where your dick is most likely to just “let go” and do what you tell it. Do I take it from using this to finish your workout that you are working on girth right now gprent?

What masturbating? The Edging? Do you ejaculate after Edging then?

Regarding what it feels like…well, it doesn’t actually feel all that different. It’s just a little longer when I measure. I am looking to gain entirely length right now though, if edging mainly helps girth then I guess that’s a bonus but it’s not really what I’m looking for. Although considering you say it’s the best thing one can do after a session, gprent, maybe it’s altogether beneficial. I’m just a bit wary of overdoing it again and suffering a setback like I did a month and a bit ago.

In my opinion and experience, edging/ejaculating after a PE workout doesn’t hurt gains. I mean, how could it? The whole theory that the decreased levels of testosterone after ejaculating hinder gains is rather silly. It’s as if to say that the past hour of stretching your ligs and expanding the capacity of the cells in your penis is completely reversed somehow because of less testosterone being present. This isn’t bodybuilding, where we are looking at building new tissue. It is the expansion of existing cells.

Edging is great. Keep doing it. And keep ejaculating if you want.
