I think the palm down dry jelq is one of the best things you can do for girth. Bending the shaft over your thumb for a good A-Bend pull every few strokes is also good. I’ve gotten in the habit of doing this sitting at my desk for so long its just become an involuntary motion. Whenever I need my hand for the mouse or keyboard I also involuntarily tuck a Fowfer. I don’t even think about this anymore, my hands just automatically do it. I’m always nude at home so I’m either tugging a bend or tucking a Fowfer every time I sit on the couch or anywhere in private. Whenever I sit next to Mrz. G. she often does it for me, as a kind of joke. I think jelqing with lube defeats the whole purpose. I call this jerking off.

I tried this sandwich jelq last night and after 6 strokes my unit was incredibly fatigued! I had unusual expansion in the mid/last section of my penis (not including the glans) and I found I was able to dig my thumbs and fingers deeper into the base of the penis. I’m hoping this might help with base girth.

I feel the same way Tossed. (that’s why I started the thread ;) ) It takes a very short period of time to get the desired result(s), for me anyway.

I don’t “do” pics. I just think you need to experiment a bit more. My first 3 fingers usually are “fingerprint UP” on the underside of my unit, and my thumbs squeeze from the top with the “fingerprint DOWN” )

I’ve been doing these sandwich grip dry jelqs for few days and I can say I definitely feel them more than overhand dry jelqs. It feels like I can get a better and deeper grip of my penis. They’re better for base, too. Gripping the base is tricky with only thumb and index finger. Also, flaccid hang after PE session is now far better than before.

Ive always been jelqing this way, focusing on the CC’s but I rarely get any expansion compared to my regular erect girth, instead it feels like I hit a wall where further expansion is not possible, anyone experiencing the same?

Acid, do you get a noticeably bigger expansion than your erect girth when doing this?

I DO get a noticeably plumper unit. The key for me, is that it talk far few reps to “feel” like I’m getting results. In fact, for me, I have not really seen ANY results from regular jelqs, Ulis, manual clamping, etc. But, with “C-Jelqs” (aka eating the sandwich), I have seen gains.

Time will tell how much, once I’m consistent with them.

Thank you, so where is the pressure being applied in that last move? Onto the sides, or the top and bottom? Are the fingers more “squeezing” and getting that vertical pressure or “pushing in towards the opposite hand” to get the horizontal pressure?

For me, they are “squeezing” trying to touch each other, as well as pushing up towards the glans.
