I want to start this thread off with the fact I was as skeptical as most when I first read this site back in August 07.

Having gained well over 1/2” after about 10 weeks I was convinced it was working. However, for work reasons I stopped PE for a few months (I just had no time) and started back-up in early January, about a month ago.

Now from some starting factors I thought I would gain, I felt my stats on exit point, erection angle, LOT etc were positive and some vets confirmed this. However, today I was astounded that on my monthly measuring I hit almost 7” BPEL! Yes I have the pictures to prove my progress, see the thread in my signature.

Let me say, in about 4 months of PE that is almost 1” of gains in length, I even appeared to have gained when taking a short break. All I’m doing is stretching and jelqing. In the last month I’ve even cut jelqing down to 5 odd minutes, yet still the gains come from stretching alone.

I’m guessing maybe the break I took has worked to my advantage as a deconditioning break. However, I wondered if anyone else has had easy gains like this? I know I must be lucky in many respects and the gains won’t keep coming, but are my gains and the rate of them vs the work i’m putting in exceptional or not?

Speaking to Bib (he of the bib hanger fame) he said pretty much my starting indicators matched his and he reports a gain of some 4 inches. I don’t think I could put the shear effort in he did, nor have his knowledge, nor would I want more than another inch, but I use to think 8” was a pipe dream, today for the first time I felt with hanging and another 6-12 months, I can get there.

My main point for everyone is keep going and trying. This time last year I simply would have not believed this possible. But I’m staying focused and dedicated.

Was this gains from newbie routines? If so, how much jelqing was involved?

Thus far I have only ever done the newbie routine. I don’t really do kegals, but I do a warm-up (using facial sauna) 10-15 minutes stretching and about 5-10 minutes jelqing. Back when I first started I perhaps did more jelqing and as I say in the last month less. I stretch in 6-7 directions for about 30-45 seconds each in normally 2 sets making sure I feel the stretch in my ligs, I then warm down. I also do forfars first thing in the morning normally for about 5 minutes in total, I view this as stretching to cement gains following sleep and recovery overnight.

I think I am lucky that my starting indicators were all very positive. I’ve done quite little PE and seen good gains, but I do believe that is because my unit was weird before. It hung almost like I had a semi when it was flacid, where it never hung onto my sac. I had and have a high exit point I think, quite a high lot and my erection angle is about 11 pm, I really have to force it to the ground to get a measurement. All these factors indicate I think that I have tight ligs and a lot of inner penis (backed by a palp test), hence easier gains are possible.

I do plan to get a bib starter soon and start hanging. Why quit while I’m gaining? Well I’m curious and like to expand my knowledge, but I also feel you have to adapt to keep gaining.

I do also ensure I take a multi vitamin, protein and plenty of fish oil - your body needs to be healthy and well fueled to repair itself, and I think this is often overlooked and is important to PE.

Thanks for the info Ruz_ I appreciated it, I also have a very high erection angle and have to often push it down to measure so I hope I have some easy gains like you!

I have experienced similar shocking gains with doing very little PE too. I have been doing about one medium jelq session and quite short stretch session about once a week for 3 months now and I gained a 1/2”. Check out my post here: Already Grew With Worst Routine Ever It is the first time in my life I haven’t worked hard and got something amazing… Hopefully it will continue and not turn into a nightmare like with pumping accidents… I am cool with just manual stuff.

I’ve gained 1” in 4 months from stretching alone, about 10 min per day with a good warmup and no warmdown. I Jelq about twice a week (dry jelq) for about 250 3 second reps.
