Dry Jelqs and Clamping
I don’t know if anyone else does this but I’ve found it to be very useful. I like to dry jelq for about 100-150 reps (10 per set per hand alternating) and then clamp for two-three sets of about 10-15 minutes at a time. This seems to work pretty well, and after I finish the clamp sessions I’ll do three or four more sets of ten dry jelqs to finish up. I like this routine as it usually leaves me with a nice pump afterwards and I’m definitely seeing imrpovement in the girth department, which I struggle with. Has anyone else used this kind of routine and seen great results over a fairly decent period of time? The reason I ask is because I’m thinking of adding a pump into the routine, but I’m not sure if it would be over kill, or if I should throw it in the mix and jelq/clamp some days and jelq/pump other days?
